Really love the chain and pearl charm. Both look exactly like they do on the website and really good quality. Delivery was quick.

I have been buying from Birdsong for a couple of years now and always loved every single piece!
I love their values and how much care they put into their production chain.
They are totally transparent with prices, where the materials are coming from, who made your clothes, who pack them and they pay fair wages to everyone involved in the process. The team is incredible, always willing to help with custom orders or if there is anything needed.
Such an amazing example of how a fashion bussiness should be!

Love the item, but the enjoyment was seriously dented by having to pay €93 in import charges. That's twice the amount it should have been, because the Declaration of Origin had not been completed, so German customers slapped duty on it. Goods manufactured in the UK don't attract duty in the EU, just VAT. And you should deduct the UK VAT when sending goods to EU.

Gorgeous hoop earrings. Very comfortable to wear. They arrived promptly and as advertised.

I completely endorse the whole ethical underpinning of Birdsong, from sourcing the fabric to packaging and delivery - but best of all, the clothes are fabulously well designed and made. Design & Style were gorgeous.
The fit was slightly too small (even going by measurements) and the material itself was more transparent than it looked on the website.
Additional lining and a little extra in the width would solve both of these.

Lovely “Still European” sweater. Excellent quality. I’m a typical size 10 and went for Small. Size up if you want a baggier fit.

I had an initial query about sizing, which wasn't clear. However, that was swiftly dealt with. My t-shirt (Still I Rise) arrived quickly and I'm really pleased with it. Excellent value for money and I can wear it knowing that it's all wonderfully ethical!
