Bird Voyage provided excellent service throughout my travel booking. The staff special I mention name of Steve he is very helpful, responsive, and made the whole process stress-free. My tickets and baggage allowance were all handled perfectly. Would definitely book with them again!

I've had a really great experience with an exceptionally good travel agent; namely Bird Voyage, and in particular, Austin. He went over the top to be helpful in finding flights and fitting in with complicated arrangements.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Victor was helpful and accommodating, which was valuable for booking a multi-city holiday, including the internal flight hassle.
