As described. This is my 4th slippers. I love how comfortable and true to size.

I have purchased over 5 pairs of Arizonas and Bostons. The majority have kept up well. However, it looks like the buckle is cheaply made because on 2 sets of shoes, the buckle has broken in half and not repairable. Because the price is low, if we get six months use, I haven’t made a big deal. I had never worn Birks because of their price but after seeing these, I gave them a chance. My feet (who have suffered for years with many feet issues) have loved the comfort of these. If it wasn’t for the buckle issue, they would have gotten 5 stars.

Turns out they don't pay for shipping, that's at least one way they sell for reduced prices. Honestly I've bought shoes before with no problem and have loved them. But when buying a second pair, the USPS caught on and stopped the shipping half way to me and Birkenshops wouldn't refund me without adjusting the refund for shipping the shoes back to them. Wrote many back and forth emails with no resolve. Avoid.

I bought a pair of "Birkenstocks" from this scammer business. 1st Red Flag: The price was half of normal retail. 2nd Red Flag: no Confirmation Email received after making payment. 3rd Red Flag: no record of the purchase on their website. 4th Red Flag: the phone number provided does not exist. Please be vigilant when buying online, and don't get scammed by people who live under rocks.

I placed an order for 3 pairs of Birkenstock shoes in March through another website and have not received them, it has turned out to be a CHINESE SCAM! Later, I tried BIRKENSHOPS (which I'd never heard of), ​​was doubtful​​ but crossed my fingers and ordered. This time, I couldn't be more pleased: ordering was easy, I was kept up to date with shipping, and my order came quickly. I couldn't be happier!
