Evri and Birkenstock blame each other…
Evri and Birkenstock blame each other for the inability to adapt delivery pick up options. Missed a present for my sons 13th birthday, and unfortunately the poor customer service individuals at Birkenstock sound as if they are as fed up as the customers!
My Birkenstock Arizona EVA Sandals…
My Birkenstock Arizona EVA Sandals squeak when walking.
Also when the trend wore down they became very slippery.
It appears the EVA quality has been reduced as my partner’s sandals are still in get great shape.
Birkenstock is impossible to contact which shows a lack of customer empathy.
Time to rethink my commitment to this brand.
Package was delayed 2 weeks
Package was delayed 2 weeks. I received an email from Birkenstock saying my package would be delivered today or tomorrow but my packages had just arrived to Sweden. One week later I have to contact CS as it is still stuck with UPS. After another week I receive an email saying my packaged was delivered 2 days ago, but without any information to where. My address is correct according to the order confirmation. Birkenstock want me to contact UPS or wait until it is sent back before I get a refund.
CS is the worst. Only english speaking and cannot answer any specific questions. They even want the customer to contact their own delivery service company for them.
ABSURD shipping delays
Apparently my order is being delivered tomorrow - SIXTEEN DAYS after I placed it. Throughout the process, customer service chat could not give me a delivery date. " We do not know when your order will ship". In all my life I've never ordered something online without at least some estimated ship date. I don't know how they are getting away with this. DO NOT ORDER from them directly if you cant wait two weeks or more for your nerw shoes.

Ordered two pairs of shoes a week and a half ago and my order is STILL processing. No updates. No shipping. Nothing. Their so called customer service does not exist. I stayed on the phone waiting for help for over an hour and no one ever answered. Sent multiple emails and got absolutely no response.
This company took 300 dollars from me and disappeared. Completely unacceptable. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and order from literally any other website because this place is a scam.
Best selection of colors/styles
Beautiful products. Best selection of Birkenstocks in new colors -- I love this website. I have worn Birkenstocks for years and know my size, so can order here, and be confident it will fit. They have the best selection and good sales. I bought three pair this year and love all of them> especially the London shoes, which I had wanted forever.
Outrageously slow shipping
Ordered a pair 9 days ago and they have yet to ship. Their shipping guidelines show 2-5 days for delivery. Contacted customer service and the explanation was that they don't ship on weekends and also take several days off during the week. Unfortunately these are for a birthday gift but there's nothing that can be done other them wait and see when they finally get around to sending them. In this day and age when amazon can have something on my doorstep in less than 24 hours, this is insane. Wil never order from here again.

Terrible customer service and still no shoes
Terrible customer service, don't get responses for days, wait on hold for their service line for over an hour and then disconnected. Placed an order that has been "processing" for more than a week, it doesn't even show up in my order history - have to search for it by order number. Have sent two emails to customer service and have yet to get an acknowledgment. Would not deal with this website again.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Do not order anything online. I have been trying to do a return for over a week emailed several times cause ever time I try to print out return label it says ITS NOT YOU ITS US. Birkenstock won’t return emails or calls. Horrible experience
Birkenstocks has ZERO costumer service…
Birkenstocks has ZERO costumer service - their phone line doesn't exist, don't waste your time waiting on a call, email or texting features are also obsolete -their business model is very archaic where you have to call a line (no one answers) to exchange for size?! and there is no answer - who does that?! there are other brands just like theirs -
Rigid policies and system limitations
The product quality from Birkenstock is excellent. The shoes themselves are comfortable, well made, and fully live up to the brand reputation. I have nothing negative to say about the product.
That said, I am deeply surprised and disappointed by the customer service experience. Due to very rigid policies and system limitations, I was not able to exchange an unused, brand-new pair that was the wrong size. The shoes were a Christmas gift and only opened after Christmas, but no flexibility was possible.
It is unfortunate that the service and internal systems do not match the high quality of the products. A brand at this level should be able to offer customer service that reflects the value of what they sell.
Update. Still no response from customer support after nearly a month. I can’t complain about the service as it is non existent.
Super-Birki’s Suck
I love Birkenstocks, but the super-birki clogs wore out after a year of use. The whole shoe cracked right through the sole of the shoe. The replaceable insole had no purpose at all as the clog itself just fell apart. Will not buy again. Was told by customer service that only a year of use is to be expected.
Cheap materials
I’ve had these Birkenstocks for just a few months, and they’re already falling apart. That’s unacceptable for a brand that built its reputation on durability and quality. I’ve owned Birkenstocks in the past that lasted for years, so this is a real letdown. Something has clearly changed, whether it’s cheaper materials or outsourced manufacturing, but the quality is nowhere near what it was 10 years ago. Truly disappointing and not worth the price anymore.

Ordered shoes in plenty of time to ship for Christmas. I realized on 23rd that they've never shipped. Contact customer service. Useless. No i'm sorry your order was delayed here's a discount or anything. Just a oh yeah we are shocked at the delays too. I'll never buy a product from this company again. Too many options to spend money. Should've read other reviews of bad shipping and poor service.

Total Junk in the last couple of years!!! I BOUGHT last summer two pairs of sandals and guess what, I will have problem for life with Plantar fasciitis! Don't buy this crap or you will ruin your feet!

Shocking delivery and customer service experience
Product ordered and delivery paid for As per invoice this was dispatched via Evri on a signature delivery
As usual Evri didn’t bother to wait to see if anyone was in and left a very expensive item on the door step in full view of passers by, luckily we were in a retrieved the item
I contacted Birkenstock to be told that as they had delivered to the address , that they would not refund the delivery charge
I quoted the Evri signature service process which was to deliver with an open front door , or strangely enough to deliver to a safe place , none of which Evri did, still will not refund the carriage charge
I don’t know which is worse , Evri’s service or Birkenstocks arrogance in not accepting any responsibility and admitting that the delivery was not as acceptable and not what i paid for

My Birkenstock sandals came apart on…
My Birkenstock sandals came apart on the 1st December. I contacted Birkenstock and explained the issue. After some communication they offered to send me a replacement part. That was over three weeks ago and still I have not received it yet. And Birkenstock have stopped responding to my emails at all. Not good enough Birkenstock!
Appliance refund delays on simple returns
The products are okay albeit very pricey,but, Birkenstocks customer service where refunds are concerned, is appealing and way below the industry average. 3 weeks after a simple return, im still awaiting my refund. Unacceptable in age of instant transfers. I am now thinking they must have severe cash flow issues and thus need to hang to customer money for as long as they dare. I won't buy again.
