Horrible customers service and delivery service. UPS delivered my parcel to the wrong location and I’m still waiting for my refund as they want me to “fill by hand” some pdf’s. I don’t even have a printer.
Update: 4/7 and I’m still waiting for my INVESTIGATION BY EVRI.
Unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of Birkenstock shoes as their courier claims my address is incorrect. Contacted Birkenstock they could do nothing. The link to update the address(which is correct) had no way of doing that! Basically in rural Ireland this is a problem many of us face. UPS couriers have done this before to me. I look forward to a speedy refund from Birkenstock. Shame I can’t buy their products.
I ordered a sandals on sale on 08/06/2022 from this brand. My order number is #42073. Kairo Oiled Leather Black. Still waiting for them A month and a half/ and the summer almost finished. When they confirmed my order there was no traccking number, no an contact number, nothing. That is not profesional guys!!!!!!
I bought a pair of boots. Within a very short period, the back had ripped. My initial thought was this isn't good but let's ask the company.
They sent a return form and suggested i return the boots to either UPS or any post office.
I chose the PO in Ireland. After a lenghty queue, i was told the post office can't accept the parcel as a return.
Living close to the border, I went to a post office in Northern Ireland.
I was told the same that they couldn't accept the return. The woman said to try UPS. Eventually found a UPS in Newry and was able to return the box.
Then nothing.
I eventually emailed Birkenstock. They told me, after two different emails, that the boots would be examined and decision would be made. They said the boots were received on 6th Dec and the company would reply within 10 days. I received this email on 16 December which is 10 days.
The customer service is very poor, misleading ( any post office will accept a return) and doesn't make sense( they will reply within ten days when the email was sent ten days after they had accepted the return).
I would recommend you don't buy from Birkenstock
