My husband was charged £8.99 for a bottle of Paracetamol which they buy for £2.00 or less. They tried pushing this to my husband when he said he didn’t recognise this generic brand which cost more than a bottle of Calpol which is £8.25. What absurdity is this! Charging more for generic brands than branded products which are much cheaper. I call it day light robbery. All the staff kept saying was she didn’t serve him and that’s our prices. The sad part to all this is my son wouldn’t even take this generic brand because it doesn’t taste as nice as Calpol so I’ve paid more for a generic brand which my child couldn’t take! Absolutely ripping off customers.
