I got nothing for my trouble; it was just fake tracking. Nearly impossible to get a response from support. I was unsuccessful, I do not know if it actually exists. If you already ordered and paid, you can kiss your $ goodbye.
Update: my order came in and was as described. No complaints other than they are a bit slow.

chinese scammers. if you order something they send a link to a fake tracking site. the fake tracking site then says the package is undeliverable. biscuitm then tries to sell you more product at a discounted rate saying that they cannot refund your money because they have to pay for the product and shipping costs. total scam.

I ordered 3 make-up bags and didn't receive them they said something went wrong and want me to pay for resending them DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

The dresses I ordered are awful
I ordered 2 different colours and got the same colour dresses and the material is terrible I have asked to return and get my money back will never order from this company again

Ordered two cameras, neither works. I COMPLAINED, TALKED TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They instructed me to press the reset button. I did, but the button broke off on the first press. Their $72 cameras are Chinese, by the markings, and worthless as they do not work at all. They offered me $2 and keep the cameras, but they are keeping my $72.

My dresses are horrible. Shiny fabric and 90 percent polyester

They also charge in usd so they were very expensive. With a Chinese label but pretending to be in the USA

I bought several pairs of pants for an international trip. I ordered a women's XL. The pants can fit a VERY THIN child. The customer service was horrible. I paid over $70 and was offered a $7 refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE

First, it took FOREVER! but even worse, ALL OF IT IS TINY!!! As in, at least 4 sizes too small!! I wear a US 14 or 16 in pants, and I ordered 2XL to make SURE they would be plenty big. I can always run up a seam if they are too big... I normally take an L or sometimes an M if it is expensive pants. I don't think the waist in these would fit a 6 yr old!! BEWARE!

on the 8/5/24 we ordered 3 cardigans size 4XL they were too small for a 4XL they were like the size of a 2XL,we are very disappointed, the cardigans were very nice and look like they be lovely and warm,
So disappointed

i bought this for my 6 year old daughter's basketball season. she said its very comfortable. they also look very cool. she loves it
