I would love to give more stars because I really enjoy doing it. BUT I am fed up with the distance not working on the app please don't say it's because of my network/phone, it happens to my husband as... See more

Getting rewards for walking your dog and also this app encourages you to walk more
Been using the Biscuit App for over a year now and love the fact I’m being rewarded for something I’d be doing anyway… walking my chocolate lab!
I was a bit disappointed when they announced a subscription service as it meant that those using the free option would take a long time to build up rewards and have access to less options.
After using the free option for a couple of weeks I decided to upgrade and paid the annual fee upfront which was slightly less than paying the monthly fee. I can honestly say I’m happy I did, after 3 months I’ve already made more in rewards than the subscription amount so anything now is a bonus
The team are also very helpful if you have any issues which is great
Use to be good but not worth the effort now. Shame was good to get people motivated, after ive used what rewards I've got at xmas I wont bother again unless something changes

This was a great app which I used daily however they decided to make changes and started charging. Such a shame!

Need to track walk on my mobile then link it to my tablet at end of day ,don't get all

Used Biscuit for years but it's got progressively worse.
Very slow to save walks and often the GPS tracking doesn't show the route which never used to be the case. Lots of quality of life features still missing like starting a walk without signal (it's no use anywhere slightly remote), or recognising excessive speed (accidentally recorded plenty of motorway 'walks').
The introduction of a paid Premium subscription gives 5x the number of biscuits earned but they reduced the free amount by 5x too, and plagued it with ads.
The app simply isn't good enough to hold it's own without earning regular rewards anymore.
Response Edit: GPS and mobile signal are independent systems. It is possible to record GPS location data to a device and then sync the data later. Apps exist with this, you can view your location on Google Maps without any signal, and my watch can track my route to upload later.
Earning at a 'slower pace' is an understatement. 240 days to get many of the £10 vouchers. Having the app on likely costs more in power than that.
I don't disagree that the old way was unsustainable. I understand it is used to entice users, but I stand by my point that the app isn't good enough to stand alone.

This app is amazing! It encourages you to take good care of your pet and offers loads of great rewards. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong vouchers, but customer service was understanding and able to refund me. Thanks to the app, we are going to be able to have one last family meal out and make a special memory with our dog before he passes. couldn't recommend enough.

It was a nice app, and I recommend to my friends and family. Now we all stop using altogether. Your greed has made this app not fun anymore. You could have make the free route like it used to be and premium gets premium perks, instead, you cut down the perks of free route. That is definitely pushing away existing client, Marketing 101 you know right? Of course there will be some willing to pay premium but they will walk out one by one due to not really worth it in the long run.

This was a really good app. Until the owner got greedy. Now it’s a paid app which does not work as well. It’s just not worth it. It was all about the dogs health.
Now it’s just about advertising. I thought it was a good idea to take the waggle insurance out. Which I’m going to cancel as it’s just not worth it. And I shall be deleting the app…

I used to love the biscuit app. I have had the app for a few years and unfortunately it has got progressively worse. I’m very suspect of the 5 star reviews amongst the recent 1 star reviews. It simply isn’t good value for money and I’m surprised to hear others saying otherwise. I have deleted my app and unsubscribed from emails so sadly even if Biscuit do take on board the negative feedback they’ve received, I will be long gone and not returning.

I used to promote biscuit to all my friends/family with dogs as I thought it was a fantastic model however I have just deleted the app after 6 weeks of changes to only really support paying customers.
While I appreciate every app company wants to earn money, I feel biscuit have really damaged their relationship with lots of app users by changing the free version so much.
The introduction to premium shouldn't have changed the existing offer, but made premium more attractive. £3.99 is not a cheap subscription, and many of the benefits are only available if you take out insurance with their specified company.
There has been many occasions that the app hasn't worked properly, has not found my GPS on a walk & hasn't tracked any data, which could have all been forgiven with a free app.
Unfortunately you've ruined something really fantastic & will have lost a lot of users I imagine.
Could have been a great move with more thought & appreciation to your long-term users.

I walk my dog daily, collected more than enough for a M&S voucher. They've deducted my points and left me with 523points. But I didn't receive my voucher. Not worth doing at 5points a day. Going to uninstall.

Very let down by this app. Reduced the amount of biscuits per walk unless you pay and then difficult to get rewards as the app is so slow. Deleted!
Have used this app for years and loved it ,unfortunately they have changed everything I used to get 50 points a day now it’s 5 I would be lucky to get one voucher a year !
It’s not worth subscribing as costs as much as the vouchers you would earn ,I have my insurance so also wouldn’t want to go with their partnered insurance company .
Very dissatisfied and disappointed .Will be deleting this App.
Not worth it! Greed has ruined this app!
I used to love this app until they started introducing the subscription and making it extremely difficult to earn a voucher. You’ll need to walk an hour a day everyday for about six and a half months to earn a £10 voucher. I won’t ruin my phone battery life for this. You shouldn’t either! The app is full of ads now. They’ll lose many users. I’ll be deleting the app after using my points! Extremely disappointed!
Was a great app, been using it for years, getting vouchers was a highlight for what I already do - walk my dogs! Appalling now, as the amount of biscuits earnt have dropped to 10, I used to get 50 as have 2 dogs, subscription is not worth it! Have deleted app as no longer will use it, there are other apps out there that genuinely reward you , shame this one changed!
In reply to your reply to my review
1. I said it costs £80 for 2 dogs . This is not more than it actually -well 1p more 🙄( as you suggested )
2. I did email you and got some sub standard response
3. I don't want or need an activity tracker . I have a Tractive gps monitor for both my dogs already!
4. I don't want waggel dog insurance . I have Agria already - much better! I checked the reviews off waggel . Not good !
So . I'll be deleting this his app after buying my next voucher , as I believe are many of your loyal users . Seems to be a strange business move . Perhaps if you'd charged £10 per customer you may have made some money but with no customers I doubt you'll last . A shame really, as I really enjoyed using your app
