I would love to give more stars because I really enjoy doing it. BUT I am fed up with the distance not working on the app please don't say it's because of my network/phone, it happens to my husband as... See more

I really loved this app until the subscription was introduced. I used it to save money not spend it. I’ve used my last biscuits for vouchers and will now delete
As everyone else says they have ruined it with subscription and so many points for small reward . I will carry on until I have enough to buy a voucher then I will delete the app ! Pathetic
Deleted your app after 3 years, used up all my vouchers so now it’s not worth using this app that doesn’t care about it’s customers, been good while it was free but now it’s not worth using… goodbye.
Great app ruined. Not worth it now. Full of adverts and Subscription service.
Same experience as everyone else. They want you to subscribe, even though they are collecting and selling your data (making money) along with adverts (making money) they now want you to pay £3.99 for the same service we’ve had for years…. Nope!
I cannot believe there are people paying £4pcm for around £10 every 1-2 months. You know that’s only £6 right? 😂
Greed got the better of this app, and it’s now not worth it. It’ll take me just shy of 365 days to get a £5 voucher as there’s no way I’m
Paying a subscription.
Used to be good and fun walking while earning useful rewards. Now the greed of the company took over and added paid for subscription making the free version basically useless as it takes almost a year to get a £10 voucher.
It used to be really good and could get past some of the glitches. But now it's just become extortionate and what you used to get for free is now £100 a year. Would barely make back £100 in vouchers in a year, not worth it. And to top it off there's now also adverts 🤢🤢 will be deleting my data so you can no longer sell it
Not worth the time of day
Since launch of new app full of unwanted advertising only 5 biscuits to 1 hour walk would take forever to produce a voucher great when it was free and 25 biscuits earned
Shame on you biscuit using everyone’s data for free and now
charging a subscription.
Very Greedy
Plus it drains your battery considerably
What used to be an enjoyable way of earning a little reward and ensuring everyday we exercised our dog, probably more than our 12 year old needed, the app has declined into a barrage of adverts, completely unrelated to pet care, and this obsession to upgrade to a subscription. Dreadful!
Was great while it was free and made money from data gathering. However no longer worth it, full of adverts now. App deleted
As of recent update this application is not worth using. Full screen inappropriate adverts have been introduced. These are difficult to close and almost always force you to their download page regardless of whether you touch the screen or not. There are also annoying pay now buttons everywhere. The rewards have been removed and the app no longer features interesting and engaging activities. They used to release almost weekly informative quizzes and activities but now it's just tasks like "Afternoon walk", meaning for those of us who walk our dog in the morning on sunny days, we miss out on our rewards. The app is called pet care so you think they'd let you walk your dog whenever is best suited to your dog and the conditions. They also disadvantage old or injured dogs who cannot walk 60 minutes a day. The engaging activities have been replaced with heavy monetisation systems designed to take your money. This app used to be amazing, if a little buggy. Now it's bad and buggy. The customer support team were always great, now they have stopped/can't keep up with emails and the support has stopped.
Unfortunately, nothing good lasts forever. However there are companies that refuse to compromise on quality. Biscuit is not one of those. Please check the most recent reviews on any review site (Trustpilot, Google or Apple) and you will quickly see why this app is a waste of your time.
They killed this app, but have no fear, there is now a gap in the market and a replacement will likely be here very soon. Life goes on!
It used to be such a good app and now it’s not worth it. Especially if you subscribe you will basically be just paying for the free vouchers by the time you actually can afford one.
Like lots of others on here I’m so disappointed in the recent changes. Used it regularly and recommended it to others but fed up with Ads now on free version and downgrade from 25 points to 5 points per day.
You’d have to use it for 230 days just to get a £10 Costa voucher. Not worth it and will be deleting the App
App deleted after most recent update.
As of 12/5 the app is unusable, spammed with ads anytime you click anything. Free service would take 3-4 months for a £5 voucher now. Paid service you’ll just about break even.
Paying for the privilege of selling them your data. Beyond this shortly after the final update, the app decided to glitch and my one walk got stuck ‘uploading’ at 30%. App restarted and nothing - only option on the ‘loading’ page was to upgrade to the paid version.. hmm suspicious.
I had been saving up for the airbnb voucher (as they moved the price when I was about 500 biscuits away), and was willing to upgrade for a month to hit the goal - but the glitchy app means I don’t even trust it enough to risk it.
I cashed in as many points as I could, said goodbye to the rest and deleted the app.
Shame the creators had to get quite so greedy. A change here and there is one thing but this is perhaps the fourth downgrade on usability in less than a year. They sold out and totally ruined a good thing - all recent reviews are negative, don’t bother wasting your time!
App started off great, 25 biscuits for each dog for each walk so soon saved up enough to buy vouchers which went towards pet food etc, now it’s dropped to 5 biscuits per walk so will take 4 months to earn a voucher. Not worth it.
If you want the 25 biscuits per walk now, you have to pay them a subscription.
Full of advertisements now.
It’s turned from the best app to the worst.
Instead of being helpful they’re now plain greedy.
I paid for the Biscuit subscription for both my dogs on the understanding that the full experience and product would be offered, but it is not being provided. My subscription was based in part on being able to earn a 25 biscuit bonus for completing each sector of Quests, as was possible when the app was free. However, there has been no new Quests map now for several weeks and I am losing out on essential biscuits. This is essentially a breach of contract and I am not happy.

Great app for monitoring your dogs activity plus you get good rewards for both you and your best friend

When I first got this app we got 25 points per walk per my 2 dogs then extra points every 3 consecutive walks , it was easy and fun to earn rewards , then they reduced the points and took away the extra bonus points ,and increased the amount you need to actually claim a reward !! which was very disappointing but now the app is basically useless ...5 points per walk , they took away everything unless you pay monthly or change pet insurance to gain back the basic points you initially received....stars that gain you absolutely nothing in return also ...m n s voucher went from 500 to 1150 points , zero animal friends bonus anymore ...it's absolutely pointless filled with adverts and would take more than 6 months walking daily to even gain one £10 voucher ....greedy corporate company that have ruined what was once a good app ....I'll be spending my vouchers and leaving the app , it's now a waste of battery
