RETURNS ARE DIFFICULT nos refund of money
Be aware that returns are really difficult as they are not using a propert DHL service but the cheap version of it !! I could't find any drop off point near by where I live and Bisgaard is asking me to pay for return even I live in France. VERY EXPENSIVE RETURN .
Quite strange for shoses that cost quite a lot of money !!

We charge a handling fee of 7.99 euros when returning an order.
We do this to cover internal costs, but also with the environment in mind - to minimize the number of returns in the long term.

Never again! Horrible experience shopping at Bisgaard!
It’s unbelievable that the customer service didn’t mention anything about money when I called and asked the return policy! I bought many shoes for the whole family and returned some cos they didn’t fit and then for each return they deduct automatically 59 DKK!!! They don’t even mention in in their front page at all and their customer service didn’t mention it over the phone.
I will never ever shop from Bisgaard again!!!
I thought they would be more ethical but this is not ethical for customers. As a customer, I don’t have to check every single company’s return policy and get charged for buying 4.000 DKK worth items!
