Paul was extremely helpful taking time to explain the process of installing A/C. Paul explained the quote and the current demand and lack of stock across the UK. In Saying that Paul and his team went out of their way to source premium products surprisingly quickly. When we were contacted by Jodie from his admin team, Jodie also talked us through the booking in process and what space would be needed to start and complete the work in and around each room. The installation was started by David & Harry ( Henry ) and the team were exceptional working around our home with our special needs adult children with care and consideration, which means a lot to us and our family. The two days the installation took did not feel like a chore and a stressful situation which it can do when contractors are in your home. We have nothing but praise and respect for the way we were dealt with by Bishops Plumbing & Heating! We will certainly use this company again when needed in future and have no qualms about recommending them to anyone who may need their services. Thanks Paul and all your team for your thoroughness and customer service, this is sometimes lacking within a lot of industries nowadays! Your company in our opinion is a throwback to better times.

At our annual boiler service and inspection I asked if Paul knew a local company that could do air conditioning, he supprised me in that was one of the services he provides. After giving us a quote we went ahead and this was fitted shortly thereafter. The work was carried out within ten days and he was right about the time it would take, even better was the fact that all packaging and rubbish was removed from site and furniture replaced where it had been moved. We only had the main bedroom fitted but we felt the difference that same night, I was able to breathe easier and I slept better for the first time since my cancer operation. Paul has proved once again that local small businesses are really good value for money and should be used wherever possible. We are going to ask Paul for a quote to up rate our shower and bath room taps for easier operation as he has proved to be a really good with price and reliability, also someone we trust.

I didn’t even request a quote for boiler or heating! Yet they have tried contacting me 6 times today via email and text and numerous calls the messages started at 06:57 this morning from someone called Paul. People have work and don’t need to be harassed I have blocked this number now I didn’t request a quote for boilers or boiler services one message or email would have been sufficient if I had done but to send multiple and call multiple times is completely unnecessary this is not how business should conduct themselves if anything it screams they are desperate for work, should I ever need a boiler replacement or services I shall certainly not be using this place

Paul Bishop was very clear with the options available and the costs for each new boiler. Dave who installed the boiler and who carried out the initial inspection, was very knowledgeable, polite and carried out the new boiler installation to a professional standard.
