Had a treadmill delivered & installation , three man team , great job done , no hassle thanks

Extremely Disappointing Experience

After an initial call with Bishopsgate’s sales rep Graham Jarvis, I was sold on their “premium” service and professionalism. The onboarding process was presented as simple and straightforward.

However, following that first call, communication completely broke down—every email response took days, and despite assurances of a trial run “within a couple of days,” nothing ever happened.

Even after multiple follow-ups, I never received a proper response, leaving my own customers in limbo.

Extremely unprofessional. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more reliable and responsive logistics partner.

Really fantastic experience. Delivery of garden chairs from Garden Trading Company. Communication, choice of dates etc. Drivers were professional, pleasant and super helpful. Cannot recommend enough xx

Dreadful experience with BISHOPSGATE I was expecting a disabled bath to be delivered on the 9/12/2024 time given 1-4pm no show I telephoned the company I purchased it from Bathroom Supplies on Line they said it would be delivered at 6pm no show I then had a call from the manager at BISHOPSGATE it would be delivered at 7.30pm approximately.
I asked him to cancel the delivery as my husband had to go out he said he wouldn’t be able to deliver on Tuesday. I asked for it to be delivered on Wednesday or basically I would cancel the order, I was assured it would be delivered at 9am.
I received 2 phone calls silent so I put the phone down another call my husband picked up the phone they were running late. They arrived at 9.23 am all on camera I was accused of having a go at the tall delivery man he went up stairs his partner stayed below.
He advised he would not be taking the bath in doors as they would need 4 men.
The bath was left on my drive for my husband to sort out. I asked the company 4 times to cancel this order I was advised that BISHOPSGATE delivery service would ban me from purchasing a bath anywhere in the country. Apparently they were all petrified of me for asking for the order to be cancelled.
I beg anyone that’s needs a disabled bath please do not use either of these two companies.

Delivered a table bought from Garden Trading, two man delivery absolutely first class experience.
Good communication throughout and the delivery crew were on time, competent, polite and helpful.
