Customer services was spot on no issues…

Customer services was spot on no issues at all and I purchased 2 speakers and they play pretty good. Some people have put negative reviews but a brand new speakers are like a brand new car you don't play the speakers at high power, you should always break the speakers in for a few days that's why some speakers blow. I have my boxes with a professional cross over to get the sound quality. Over all services and speakers are good.

I have dealt with Bishops pound for more than 2 years.
I have purchased several products from them.
All products are reliable and manufactured to professional tolerances.
The owners of the Company offer advice and guidance, to novice and professional end users.
I would recommend this Company.

Sound quality is poor

Sound quality is poor. Don't buy, because you have a lot more choice nowadays and for budget speakers for instance Mackie around 300 pounds you can get a descent quality.

Great gear and a great guy to do…

Great gear and a great guy to do business with. I can call and speak to the boss about equipment, a rarity these days.
I done over 6000 gigs in my career, the gear is good and I haven’t had any issues with any of it. In the right hands it will last for years.

Con man

My speaker blew so I ordered a replacement part. I paid for a replacement part. The part i received was for a completely different speaker and was second hand. When I contacted him he ignored my calls and didn't respond to emails. The part was not cheap and he stole my money

Do not trust Bishopsound! Crap speakers!!

Bought a pair of Orion 15 inch Active speakers on ebay from Bishopsound. Third time of using one of the speakers overheated and went dead. Contacted Bishopsound through ebay messaging. Explained what ha happened to the speaker. The volume was not even half way znd I used a condenser socket. The reply I got was -
These speakers are discontinued contact pcn they shold have parts.
I’m a DJ not a speaker technician. Not even 12 months guarantee. Stay clear of this company people! Not to be trusted!!

As a returning customer have nothing but praise for both Victoria and Andrew fantastic service and absolutely fabulous speakers (orion 12 's)

Andrew do you actually believe your own lies? Look at all the reviews, you sell rubbish. Glad to see your “business” is getting the terrible reputation it deserves. Why don’t you do something you are good at for a living that doesn’t involve ripping people off. And also why are you so proud of your “British” products? It’s the ultimate insult to your country. His gear belongs at funfairs, maybe on one of those crap waltzers that’s falling apart, there is a mist and nobody can find the place, real depressing shoddy ram shackle shithouse, just like his “factory”

Poor quality kit

It's true that you get what you pay for. Bishop Sound prices seem pretty good, but after less than a year, and very little use, more than one of their cables are rendered useless.

Beware sold me a second hand amp and…

Beware sold me a second hand amp and then said i had damaged it. Used it once and it failed.
Upon sending it back andrew said it was the rack mounts that had failed the amp and twisted the frame. What a load of dollop. The rack mounts were already scratched from being second hand.
Now they won’t answer my calls for a refund. Shocking service from what was a good company.

Cheap and dishonest

Avoid at all cost wasted alot of money with this company the actual speakers are cheap and rubbish 3 out of the 4 have blown spent over £700 pound per speaker which I was told by Andrew that I was getting quality which was clearly a lie as for their lifetime guarantee another lie honestly stay well clear

AVOID AVOID AVOID - TERRIBLE COMPANY

Don’t get me wrong, this is quite a late review.

I Contacted Andrew Bishop a few years ago to sort out some speakers as was needing new crossovers as the old ones blew. In all fairness I did phone on a Sunday in the hope they would be available to speak to. Which… they were. I rang through to Andrew and his “partner” and they instantly put the phone down on me. I called up again as it was important and Andrew answered the phone and shouted “WE ARE CHRISTIANS WE DON’T WORK ON A SUNDAY” and hung the phone up once again.

Despite this ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING service, I called up a few months later in the hope he would have cooled down as I was in need of some compression driver adapters that according to Google, only he sold at the time. I received the adapters that were completely scratched up with all gouges taken out of the plastic, they were too small for my needs anyway as in all fairness I didn’t know which size I needed. I contacted Andrews “partner” who helps him run the company who is actually really nice, managed to get them sent back and the bigger size sent back to me at a cost.

Apart from that single good deed, this company should be avoided at all costs.

Without prejudice: I heard Bishop sound speakers have been known to burst into ***** and are All made in china, the only thing British about them is the flag stamped on them. You are much better off buying TEK Audio speakers if you want quality at an entry level price? Andy Bishop is obnoxious and rude

BishopSound scams its customers.

BishopSound scams its customers.

Bought 6 BishopSound amplifiers in 2020 and since then had to return 1 every 6 months due to factory issues (the amps stopped working). Last November I sent back 3 faulty units for repair, and what I got back are 3 amplifiers that don't even turn on! Not only that, but the company basically deceived me into buying a new amplifier to replace one of those I sent back with a promise to credit the amount on receipt of the faulty unit, which I never received.

I have tried to reach out to the company about this several times and received no response whatsover. I am now short of £499 and have 3 broken units.

Steer clear from this company.

Terrible company and terrible products , tried to blame me for the shoddy cheap boards in the speakers which blow constantly , ended up having to get my bank to chase the money , avoid at all costs

Sold me counterfeit neutrik products…

Sold me counterfeit neutrik products which were of poor quality and a False economy. Heard a group of audio professionals talking at a trade show and apper Andrew is the laughing stock of the industry. A liar, a cheat who misrepresents where his products are manufactured CHINA
To remind you mr Bishop it was your reference Tax Invoice 1351.
I would be careful who you accuse of lying, also neutrik were keen to follow up on theft of their Interlectual Property. Hope the Insolvency went well and everyone Got paid up

Bought 2 speakers

Bought 2 speakers, 1 stopped working after 2weeks. I called Bishopsound, they told me to post the mother board to them they fix & repay my postal fee. Fixed it but never repayed my postal fee. Disregarded all my email & customer services of the Blok I spoke to on the phone was appalling. No go area again for me.
I spoke to Andew and emailed Victoria. My name is Olutola Onakade. So you should remember me now.
I've parted ways with you ever since. I just want the world to know how rubbish you are. You need to Improve in your customer service, not we can't please everybody all the time. Shame on you!
No I did not break it. It worked only once & the next time it won't work. That was simply, how bad your product is.
This goes to show how corporate you really are, exchanging words with your customers, just because postal fee you are meant to pay. Waooo! What an indecent exposure! I rest my case with Bishopsound!
You are the worst company I've ever met. I promise to get more people to know how foolish you really are as a company. If £5 is small why did you pay me as you said. May you liquidate very soon.

Suppliers - Avoid this unpleasent individual like the plague! What a shame he feels the need to abuse and hurt British companies in this way. Despite our best efforts we just can't please all of the people all of the time. This man takes great pleasure in abusing UK suppliers and their staff! Nice to be told our hard-working team are rubbish, what a very polite man! This is a classic example of someone who is impossible to reason with. Shame he feels the need to be economical with the truth and be so rude to us. "Good luck" getting the speakers you broke fixed as clearly you don't need our help, spare parts, engineers or technical support. We treat everyone as we expect to be treated ourselves. Despite our attempts at personal attention. I guess we should part company and go our separate ways. We offer a lifetime g/tee on all products purchased after 1st Jan 2021 but we only pay the next day carriage on the return. These speakers were purchased in 2020 and are out of warranty, however we wanted to help him. He had to part with £5 for carriage and refused. We always reply to email if they get through spam and LiveChat is on during office hours. One in one thousand behave irrationally and as we don't know what else is going on in his life which makes him behave so foolishly "cutting his nose off to spite his face" we feel its best that we all move on. We do all we can to avoid the trolls but felt an explanation was necessary.
