I love the new non spill lid and of course the quality of the tumbler!!!

I rate my purchase experience with Bison a perfect five stars. I had a few questions prior to the purchase. I called and got a very helpful person on the line right away. I had a follow up question that I emailed, and I had an immediate response to that. I thought COVID had killed responsive customer service. Absolutely not so with the friendly folks at Bison.

After the questions were answered to my satisfaction I placed an order for a 125 QT cooler. I ordered the cooler on a Tuesday and had it at my front door 48 hours later. I can't yet comment on the ice keeping capabilities, but I can say it is very well built. The latches are very user friendly and intuitive, as are the double drains. The handles seem comfortable too. If it was mentioned or pictured on their website I missed that the cooler has dark flecks in both the white top and the blue sides. I think it will help hide grime, but that's something purchasers may want to know.

It feels good to support an American company staffed by great people and who build a quality product right here in the USA.

I would have really loved to have purchased the cooler in pink, but I guess it was not available?

I have the 22 oz tumbler, which has been fantastic!! It really keeps my beverage of choice either hot or cool for a long time. Very impressive!!

I spoke with Tyler on the phone and through email. He was instrumental in giving me advice for the size of cooler that would suit my needs. He was also very friendly and courteous. The interaction with him is what made me choose Bison as the brand of cooler I was going to invest in. I have already shared my positive experience with many friends, co-workers, and family.

We love our Bison coolers. All 3 of them. The only reason that I have a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the absence of decent discounts. Especially for repeat customers. There seems to be 5% and discounts for friends, but there should be discounts for loyal customers. Repeat business and multiple coolers should have the opportunity for discounts . 10% and 20% for loyalty would be greatly appreciated , create brand loyalty and incentivize more purchases.

Four days in on our desert jeep trip and cooler hold ice really well. Only down fall is no adapter for a hose drain.
