Great product and great support. I have multiple Bison products and they work for me every bit as well as the "name brand" for a much lower price point. They are not cheap knock-offs, the quality is first-rate.

I have had problems with a couple of orders over the past several years, and customer service has always been super responsive and helpful. This probably means more to me than the quality of the product does. Great service is hard to find and sure appreciate it when I do.

Bisons website has everything l needed for my cooler and l appreciate that!!! What I didn't like was that I signed up to get emails and to get 5% off, shipping was free until I put the promo code then I was charged shipping. But if you need the parts you can't complain l guess.

Extremely high quality cooler--took a while to find the right soft sided cooler made in the US.

Spent 8 hours on the Florida beach for July 4th, 12 cans, 10 lbs of ice, and almost no melting of the ice while the drinks were even colder than they were in my fridge.

Shoulder strap broke on the first use, but the warranty team immediately shipped out a new one for me.

My family has been using Bison Coolers for over five years now. They are well made, and they really do keep cold stuff cold and hot stuff hot. We keep ordering them to give as gifts, and we're about to order several to use as prizes in a fundraiser for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. My wife just wishes you had a hot pink 32 oz tumbler!
