I order bh almost one month and now I still don’t get anything. And send email to asking but still quiet no reply no answer!!! So terrible and can not trust

Bisous Amsterdam is a scam site. Perhaps they send something but I ordered 2 mini trackers and neither work. Instructions are almost unreadable, and product very poor quality.
Client Service contact is impossible and their support email does not work. After reading reviews here I can understand frustration

Goods come directly from China, delivery time at least 8 weeks. Very poor quality, customer service refused to refund the money although the goods were already returned after consultation. Never again!

I bought a canvas picture which I intended to hang on in our bathroom for 30 Euro. They got the amount on 8th of May but I didn't get anything up to now - 14th of May. I can't reach them as they didn't send any acceptance Mail. They are scammer.

I would be very happy that I saw this on the start, before I ordered something because this is for sure scam. I ordered yellow blanket for 60 euro. On picture looked TOP, but reality is something else. It is people blanket from ALLI Express and you can see there for 15-20 dollars. After I realized that i send them contact form that i don t wish this product because it is cheep product from Alli EX. They send me anyway. After I realized they don t answer on my cancelation i was think, ok, maybe something ok will arrive but product doesn t have connection with what is represented on the picture. And again i send 2 times message true the form that i wish to return the product but of course nobody is answering. They just answered me on my e mail that product will be on my adress for 5-7 days, but of course it was not like that. So where to return the product if they don t answer, they don t have offical adress on web site, no contact number no e mail, just form where they are not answering. But I willgo to POLICE because I am tired of fraudsters. Also I am a journalist and i will found out who is doing this cheating and then they will deserve public text with names and all. Today is very easy to found out all and maybe this scamers are even not in the Nederland. But all is possible to track and found out.

Never buy anything from them! The placemat I bought had torn after using it for a month! The quality of the products are poor! When I sent the email, this is their reply:

“Are you serious? That is not possible, you have placed the order few months ago you can return the product up to two weeks after it arrived not four months.

They claimed problem-free returns but I have submitted my return request twice and no one has replied to me! I also couldnt find their facebook page, wrote to them on IG and no reply. They are a scam, do NOT buy from them!

Bought a necklace for 50,-
The necklace broke within 2 months and Bisous refuses to send a new one, repair it or refund my item. I am considering bringing this to the kantonrechter or geschillencommissie
