Total Scam, do not use them…fake trading platform…luckily bailed just £350 in….absolute con!

Lost it all.... £80k... Gone!
Life savings gone! Now only left having to repay the loans they took out ....
Please report to the Action Fraud Team.
I've also reached out to CEL Solisitors to try help.
Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me! My story below.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! This company Bit-Galaxy.net (on here as Bit-Galaxy.com) - giving 5stars as they are really fabulous conartists!
Reposting this; as on June 9th I was contacted by the "Account Manager" Michael Cutland to say all my investment (sans "profit" )would be paid within 7 business days of taking down the post. He even added a "I promise" in the message. ...... needless the funds didn't arrive and I am now nolonger interested in their excuses/lies/threats/empty promises
This company Bit-Galaxy.net ! SCAMMERS!
Went through the same experience as the another reviewer (Smudge) who on the same day removed their review with promise of a refund - not sure if they got it! .... initially receiving an email with a deposit link to a market-trading platform - initially invested £219. Then another email from the Account Manager and a telephone call to confirm details and instructions to open up an account with Revolut and another exchange.. . and all went well even got £60 paid back to show the great return after 1week ...then this is where the hard selling kicks in (almost daily calls) Michael Cutland (Eastern block accent) logged onto my laptop (had to download Anydesk to allow access to the Bit-Galaxy platform) and opened up various loans in my name and insisted I opened an account with Revolut to transfer through to Gemini Limited now Gemini Payments UK Ltd, he assured me that the company would trf the repayment amounts... and after some days of begging Michael relased £2,000 (he did as another hook!) to cover the monthtly repayment the loans .... he maxed me up to £55,000... have literally killed me! I was told that by mid-May the I would be able to withdraw the money so I could pay back the loans and any profit would be available.... come mid-May he was in some weirdly last minute "conference" call and unable to take my call ... then some WhatsApp messages to say the funds had to stay till end of May...anyway didn't matter what I said he refused.
On the bank holiday Monday May 29th an American-sounding Ross Howard called me to say that to ensure the funds were released I had to pay the 10% commission (£22,000 ) in cash as they can't take off the earnings due to money laundering and after paying that (stupidly now in hind sight), Ross was able to download an Atomic Wallet loaded onto my laptop and then Ross told me to read about bit-smart-contracts while he clicked round and allow a sudden the wallet contained the investment.... HOWEVER, Ross then told me the "money" was now stuck.in the block-chain due to a smart contract and that I had to pay another £33k to have the funds released from the blockchain ... needless at this point we found Smudge's published review, which sadly was 1day after I sent the £22k... and I said NO! Ross got really angry and shouting that he needs this as much as I do and blah blah blah.... They had all the right "hooks" and I fell for it hook, line and sinker! Now £75,000 in debt ...
If you are in the same situation in the UK Reprt them Phone the Action Fraud line 0300 123 2040 and report these thieves!
I shared with Michael on our initial calls that was investing to start a nest egg to pay for school fees .... they are simply the most vile humans that could do this to other people, no remorse, evil, evil, pure evil!
@TrustPilot... The company details (Bit-Galaxy.com and that makerting email) here on Trustpiolt are not real and don't exist... website is bit-galaxy.net. How can we trust Trust Pilot when negative reviews are simply deleted without follow-up as to why?
Please check other scam-checking sites as the address bit-galaxy.com DOES NOT EXSIST, there is no help from the service department. Between Michael Cutland and Ross Howard I have been robbed of my life savings and my sons future! I'm on the verge of killing myself as I cannot see a way out of this hole you have left me in!
@Bit-Galaxy Support - reach out to your Financial Account Manager Michael Cutland as he has already messaged me privately - so clearly you have my details. You are just scammers!

I'm not happy
This is a scam
This is a scam! First they will accept a withdrawal to show you it is all "real". But when you want to withdraw a bigger amount of money this will not be accepted anymore
Why I didn't get a phone call yet?
Do Not Invest
Like other reviews the platform and service is great until you wish to withdraw money. I made a request to withdraw some (not all) my stake on 16/04/23 and despite promises as of today 16/06/23 nothing has happened except cancelled calls and false promises. I urge you don't invest. I will continue to try and withdraw money and post future reviews updating progress

It is certainly the right company as I have wasted so much time with these vile individuals .
I may have Been stupid to get involved with them but I do know the difference between companies.
If I can save 1 person from wasting their money with this company then this has been worthwhile.

Bit-Galaxy has a robust API documentation and developer resources, making it a preferred choice for integrating with third-party applications which helps me a lot.
It supports margin trading
It supports margin trading, providing traders with the opportunity to amplify their trading positions but I'm still not gonna stay.

To be honest I can’t believe I even did it. Promised the world and how I was going to get thousands of pounds but when I wanted to withdraw, appointments cancelled, I spoke to support several times and sent in the same vicious circle including rudeness. This is clearly a scam, please don’t put your money in unless you don’t want to see it back. The money that was supposedly mine never materialised. Be careful please
Thank you for your reply but galaxy and I see this is your standard response to all that feel let down., I have phoned support several times and no joy - sent round in circles as I’ve mentioned in my original review.
