Great service Chris C was a wonderful server. Not overwhelming and very personable. Wonderful food! Party of six all very happy with their food.

I live in Oxford but was referred to SpaMedia in Wokingham. First assessment visit ran very smoothly with some waiting but at each of the four steps met by professional caring people. The appointment took 2.5hrs and before leaving SpaMedica I was given an appointment for my cateract replacement for 4 weeks later.
I had an early appointment at 0810 and I left SpaMedica at 10.10 finished and cataract replaced. Receptionist, pre and post procedure nurse, pre theatre nurse and the three people in the theatre all very professional, settled any nerves and told you what was going to happen and what sensations you may feel and noises you may hear. Fantastic team.

I was referred to Spamedica for bilateral cataracts and from the moment I had my 1st consultation I felt at ease ,my right eye was done 10 days after my 1st consultation everyone was so respectful and helpful explaining everything,I was pleasantly surprised how easy everything went. I have had my 2nd eye done and been discharged all done within 2& half months.
I have my life back on track, thank you all the staff.

Had my first Cataract done at Spa Medica Edgbaston recently. I couldn't believe how speedily it was all dealt with from the time of my referral. Everyone was so kind and efficient, and it's so wonderful to be able to see again. Looking forward to having my other eye done now. I would highly recommend them!

I was made to feel instantly at ease by the very pleasant lady who met me at the door, took my details, showed me to reception then afterwards offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for my treatment. Didn't have to wait long Emily introduced herself explained what she was about to do, which was laser treatment and I was all done in about 15 minutes. Ive now got my sight back to normal and I'm well pleased. well done everybody at SpaMedica.

I accompanied my father who is partially sighted for a scan and consultations and ended up having an injection into both eyes. We were welcomes and felt very comfortable at the clinic. Dad is quite deaf too and they treated him with respect and understood his hearing and sight issues. This clinic was the best we have ever attended and believe me we have attended

I had a recent cataract surgery carried out by Mr Wehbeh at Spa Medica, Birmingham & was very impressed with my surgeon & all support staff. They ensured all procedures were clearly explained beforehand & at all times were polite, professional & friendly. I am delighted with result of my surgery & cant wait to have the other eye done! Would recommend without hesitation.

Had my first cataract done at Kings Mill Sutton Notts, went pretty well apart from a little stitch i had to have. So i was a little nervous going to Spamedica Derby. no need to have worried. All the staff were brilliant and the surgeon even takes time out before the operation to talk to you , relax you, and he was so gentle. Cannot thank them enough, i can read road signs again.

Had both cataracts done at SpaMedica in edgbaston Birmingham excellent and friendly service nothing was too much trouble would highly recommend to anyone.

I had my second cataract operation at SpaMedica, Birmingham on 16th Feb. the treatment for this and my first operation were first class from start to finish. excellent attention from all the staff.

My 93 year old Father has had both Cataracts removed and he has had fabulous service. Unfortunately the second op did not go as well as the first due to slight complications. As a result he has had lots more visits to Birmingham. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that he was not given enough eye drops to cover for the four weeks suggested by the Doctor. When my Mother contacted the clinic she was told more would be placed in the post, they did not arrive until after the date the Doctor advised my Father he had to finish the drops. As a result my Father finished the eye drops earlier than he should which means several months down the line he is still having eye drops. Please ensure patients have enough eye drops for the duration the Doctor has stipulated. Thank you.

Today Saturday 30th January 2021, I had my second cataract surgery on my left eye. Can only say that SparMedica Birmingham made me feel comfortable , at ease and totally informed of the procedure just like before . The staff here are absolutely wonderful and the coronavirus precautions second to none. Having my cataract surgery was a walk in the park 10 out of 10.

One cannot fail to be impressed by this hospital! From the moment you enter until the moment you leave, you are treated with friendly professionalism in a spacious, calm environment. Every measure has been taken to keep patients/staff safe in a clear, sensible way without this affecting the procedures. I particularly thought the booklets sent to you before you went explained everything so well and went a long way to reassure you about something which most people find quite scary.

After successful cateract procedures last year I have just completed YAG capsulotomy laser treatment on both new eye lenses and the caring and professional service from all staff, from reception to optomotrist was brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spa Medica.

I recently had my second cataract operation at Spa Medica Birmingham. The staff are marvellous and the kindness, care and professionalism is superb. The surgeon talked me through the operation and their service is faultless from start to finish. Thanks to all concerned.

I had a weekend appointment, I was early and was seen before my appointment.
I can not recommend enough to all the staff that provide excellent care and service they provide.

I recently had my second cataract removal operation which again took place at the Birmingham branch of SpaMedica. The level of care and attention to detail was again superb, plus rigid guidelines for the control and prevention of the spread of coronavirus in place and adhered to, nothing but praise for this particular hospital.
