I am very disappointed with this exchange. After my last trading session, I lost around $200. I still had about $40 left in my account, but I was unable to withdraw it. My withdrawal was blocked without a clear explanation, and I have not been able to access my remaining funds.
Even though I only wanted to withdraw the money that was left after my trading loss, the exchange refused to process my withdrawal. This has been a frustrating experience, and I hope the company will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I cannot recommend this platform until it allows users to withdraw their own remaining funds without unnecessary restrictions.

One note for your safety: We will never ask for your password, your 2FA codes, or for funds to be sent to any address. Any message asking for those is not from us.
Withdrawal reviews exist to protect user funds. A review that is never explained to the user is a shortfall on our side, and we will make sure you get an answer you can act on.
