I tried to purchase a product with Bitcoin and BitBay was the operator. Over 6 hours later, with 38 confirmations on the blockchain, the payment is still showing as "pending" on their system. If the payment has clearly been processed, funds left my account, then why am I still waiting? I've paid using Bitcoin many times before with other providers but never has it been this slow and disappointing.

I gave them the transaction-id but still they want to know the "adress" but they clearly dont know how to look at transaction-id

Spent over 1000+ of dollars monthly they treat me like I am some kind of random kid thats want to scam them.. Never going to use bitbay. such a horrible place.

Already invested and refunded Cash Wallet via Bank now almost 82 hrs finished after clicking on withdrawal nothing arrived into my bank account worried stressed

I can recommend Bitbay. They have a great mobile app and PRO mode.

They blocked my money and they refuse to give IT back! It's a scam

They scammed my dad who is almost 70-year-old out of his money.

Bitbay scammed me of 10 bitcoin, at first I thought it was a random "Act of God", that's how good they are! I can't believe how they actually have credibility on many prominent crypto news sites. When I realized I tried to follow the bitcoins myself, but I didn't have the expertise to follow all the way or actually do something about it; so I hired a private firm that has the experience for this sort of thing, swiftrecoveryus was able to trace and retrieve my btc. However, the courts won't shut down this exchange till they have substantial amount of complaints, please report to swiftrecoveryus if you're also a victim! Let's shut these guys down.

Bitbay m'a arnaqué de 10 bitcoins, au début je pensais que c'était un "Act of God" aléatoire, c'est comme ça qu'ils sont bons! Je ne peux pas croire à quel point ils ont réellement de la crédibilité sur de nombreux sites d'actualités de crypto. Quand j'ai réalisé que j'ai essayé de suivre les bitcoins moi-même, mais je n'avais pas l'expertise pour suivre tout le chemin ou vraiment faire quelque chose; j'ai donc embauché une entreprise privée qui a l'expérience pour ce genre de chose, swiftrecoveryus a pu retracer et récupérer mon btc. Cependant, les tribunaux ne fermeront pas cet échange tant qu'ils n'auront pas reçu de plaintes substantielles, veuillez vous adresser à swiftrecoveryus si vous êtes également une victime! Arrêtons ces gars.

I bought on G2A and used this as my payment method.
The order was delayed because they was waiting for the payment to clear so i contacted bitbay and they told me they not received the payment. I copied and pasted where they told me to send it to. They are refusing to refund. If i would have read these review first i would never have used this joke of a company.
Avoid like the plague.

Bad! Stay away! I have made the payment via this gateway, then the browser crashed.

The staff don't even understand their own gateway and BTC address system at all, if I opened the browser the second time after browser crashed, the BTC address that shown there, it will not be the same as the first time! Then the staff keeps asking me to show him the first "gateway" with the same BTC address, which is almost impossible!

I have sent the BTC address that I have paid to them with proof and they still asking for the first same "gateway" BTC address, which almost sound like a standard lazy response at this point.

I am sure my BTC won't able to recover anymore, if anyone wish to use it, please be careful with it.

Horrible service, I am waiting for payment accept 2 days !! Still my money haven't arrieved. I paid through G2A gate. And 7$ fee ? FOR WHAT? FOR 2 days of waiting and ''EXCELLENT'' SERVICE?

I use BitBay for one year and is my favorite stock market.
