My withdrawal has been processing since 830 am..talked to customer support and the lady told me my withdrawal was already processed and was sent to my crypto address...then after I told her it is not in my crypto address she then said it's currently being processed... And when I asked her if it was currently being processed or was it processed already like she told me. She completely ignored my question... Not answering at all instead asking me for my email I registered with ..I told her didn't I have to type it in before I started the chat.
And here I am at 11pm still waiting. But y'all took my money off my game at 830am...

I like how quickly deposits process. But if it takes three times longer to pay me out compared to when I'm paying you, I have an issue with this.

Normally I get help with my problems but today I'm getting the run around. Withdrawals once I get email saying it's processing usually only take less than 30 minutes. Today for I don't know what reason I received my email at 10:20am it's 4:41 and nothing. I've asked why I get no answer.
