Unusually have great things to say but when an issue comes up and it’s not handled properly I have no choice but to be honest On 8/1/2025 I was playing a game on BitBets platform. I played a game I always play not just on this platform also on other platforms. I know this game like the back of my hand and know how much a win is for different bets. My bet was set at $1 and I landed on a $15 win. Instead of winning the $15 I was supposed to the game gave me a $1 win. I immediately stopped playing and reached out to customer support and let them know immediately what happened. I even provided a screenshot showing proof that the game cheated me and i would like it to be corrected and made right. With bitbetwin being a large platform and making millions of dollars off paying dedicated players I would think they would have no issues correcting things of this nature that’s not the players fault. Especially when I put so much into this platform. Not only did they immediately tell me that there’s no issues and the game payed out the correct win they also stated they viewed my playing history and were able to verify that there was no malfunction and no proof of incorrect activity. That was a very tall tell. Because if they did all that they would have seen around 8:42 PM I experienced the unfair win. All I wanted them to do was credit my game the rightful win and go on about my business. They couldn’t do that instead said i would be contacted and a ticket would be made on behalf of the issue because I wanted it escalated because it was completely unfair. 2nd ticket later still no communication regarding my complaint. Instead I get emails that are misleading and exhibit deceptive business practices. Or bonuses that require me to spend more just to activate. Who wants to pay anything when there’s discrepancies that are not being addressed or corrected. I just want to be credited my rightful win without my game suddenly being made to lose just because I got what’s rightfully owed.

There is no consistency with withdrawals. Deposits no problem, have made numerous improvements to get your money but over all the years the withdrawal process has only got worse. That’s the real game or gamble. Wins are often enough but withdrawaling your winnings is ridiculous. There is a daily limit to what you can withdrawal and that’s become so delayed and drawn out you may be waiting days before the limit is reset and allows you to make another withdrawal. But they keep you on pins and needles waiting for something you seen processed so much quicker a previous time. So in summary money goes on quick and easy but getting your money off is beyond frustrating.

And nothing about it is fair. Your cashout process doesn’t change to make it any faster or easier - which can and should have been done already. It’s intentional.

2cd update: 7/6/2025 - Requested my second cashout. Now I’m just really super annoyed with this process.
So they took so long the first time. The second seems it would have been quicker. But I was in my account and playing and my phone died. My balance dipped below the $100 I requested to cash out. And rejected it since it was below what I requested.
So I topped it back up and requested again.
Now they are asking too repeat my ID verification.

As for the site overall- it’s really confusing at first. And took me awhile to understand wtf I’m supposed to do and how to go about with depositing.
I have tried the alternative to sending crypto and I’ve sent crypto.
