This has the potential to be a scam

This has the potential to be a scam. My wife was looking into this and even before completing the online form a man who claimed to be called Chris Varnakavs from Cyprus started ringing her mobile and was being very aggressive and pushy. I would suggest avoiding this at all costs as alarm bells were ringing. My wife said no thanks and hung up and he persisted to call her back and continue being aggressive. The two calls received were diverted through from an 0207 (London) number and 0113 (Leeds) codes but he said he was calling from Cyprus which immediately raises alarm bells. It might not be a scam but is it worth risking it?
