I placed my order on March 24th 2022 and have not received anything yet. I have emailed numerous times for an update or status and no one bothers to reply back. I called the the number listed on their website in the UK and no one ever answers. I live in California and I understand lead times, but this is ridiculous. One way or another I will get my money back! Beware folks.

I put the order in 11 days ago and now I see that it has just made it to the post office where it has been sitting for 10 days. You're in North Carolina. Why don't you have a facility there instead of across the country. Logistically that is really stupid.
