lost 9000 tokens after withdrawal

when the initial script was good..... but after change the script, I don't think so, the last time, I tried to withdraw my 12000 tokens , but i just got result for exchanging 3000 tokens (a total of 3592 satoshi LTC its from auto faucet), while the remaining 9000 tokens disappeared somewhere, but I remember the value is around $0.0080.. but it's gone, all I get from 12000 is only 3000... sent an email... the answer I always get.... "please check your withdraw history , that's always the answer..... really looks like a robot.
