I had a long wait at a secondary train station, with constant delays and very unreliable cell phone service. To pass the time, I opened my bank's app and started looking at investment options; that's how I found this broker and made an initial transfer of €22,400 from my phone. Seeing that the balance was increasing daily, a few days later I added another €15,900. When I tried to withdraw the funds, they started imposing unexpected conditions: first they asked for employment documentation, then bank statements, and finally a supposed "regulatory deposit" of 20% of the total. After making that payment as well, the next day the platform stopped loading and the website went completely blank. I filed a complaint with the local police, but the case was closed because it was a company registered abroad. Finally, the international agency 𝒵𝚍𝜏ℛℯ took over the case and, after several weeks of monitoring and negotiations, managed to get 44,600 euros deposited back into my account.
