SCAM!! The owners of this site are guilty of theft.

Just lost over $1500 using this exchange. Just like most everyone here, the have a couple withdrawals then froze my assets and required an EXACT deposit of $150 (which I got wrong the on the first attempt), then required me to upgrade to Premium by sending 250 USDT and 0.005 BTC. I complied as I thought I would be able to withdraw the funds once they were unfrozen. After that, they required that I pay a $500 insurance deposit for the 4th UK Money Laundering Directive. I stopped short of doing that, thankfully. The chat support was useless as their responses were vague and seemed to modify the requirements during the discussion (I.e. requiring an exact USDT amount then saying the amount has to be at least the stated amount.

At any rate, I’m out $1500 as my account is still locked. If there is a class action suit against the company, I definitely would like to be involved.

Also, there is a YouTube channel called Arbitrage Blick. He promotes this site. He is just as guilty of theft as the BITIQS exchange. Do t fall for it. As for me, I now have to write off the $1500.

The company is a scam that is hiding…

The company is a scam that is hiding behind the chatbots. Initial 'test' transactions went thru OK, however, once you start working on the platform, you begin to have issues - like KYC not working (reported a bug), then request for 'exact' funds to trigger the automated verification process... even though they have received the funds in excess of the ask. Will be reporting this to the BBB and security services to find responsible parties.

100% Pure Scam Site

100% Pure Scam Site. First they want me to deposit money for Allow Activate my Wallet. Then When I start doing a transfer they stopped that and asked me for deposit more USDT to enable Premium Status. After I do that they again freezes my money and asking another USD 7000 saying “ I am outside UK , so I need to get the insurance “ . They slowly topping up your account and Locking the Funds . The worst thing is I did my KYC nicely . Do not fall for this SCAM. All positive commenters here are their supporters. ❌

Bitiqs exchange, I got scammed by this exchange

Bitiqs is a scammed crypto exchange, I deposited my XRP coins around 201 XRP in exchange for 130 USDT, when I want to withdraw it to my other exchange account, the transaction was freezed. They asked me to send 150 USDT for verification, I am not gonna lose another USDT simply by following their instruction. I told them I have several crypto exchanges but none has ever asked for verification this way, they will at most do account verification using face verification KYC, bitiqs is the only one that requires 150 USDT deposit for verification purposes. I told them I m only willing to send small amount of USDT for verification but they insist on 150 USDT. No, of course I m not going to lose another 150 USDT into their hands.
I still hope to get my money back from them.
All relevant evidences are available upon request.
I just found out they have another webname called bitoqs used for scamming people just as bitiqs, and there had been some scamming reports by victims in the past about bitoqs on trustpilot review as well.
The guy on the youtube channel "arbitrage blick" is one of the culprits promoting these scammed websites.

FELL FOR THIS TODAY FROM YOUTUBE VIDEO. Should have known since the source was from Indonesia and had a white guy that couldn’t even pronounce bitiqs. The guy in the YouTube video is clearly an AI bot. What a shame. Disappointed in myself but learned a tough $275 lesson. Not going to worry but learn from it. DONT DO IT!!

It's definately scam and fraud.

It's definately scam and fraud.
Please avoid. I lost only 98 USD. They froze my money and demanded to deposit another 150 USD to "verify wallet". Red flag here!
When I contacted support they deleted my account.
