Real fast but fussy for upgrading your level! -Read the last Update!!

Real fast. The purchase fee with Credit Cards is still higher than some other competitors such as Binance.com (@3.5%), Blackmoon.net (@3%). Also, the limitation is annoying.

Their services are good but their verification is not!

My submitted complementary documents are rejected for no reason? I think I was wrong about a bit when I put great feedback earlier a few days back here! The funny is that the email says:
No worries, you can re-upload a new document anytime via your account page. 😳
Is that some kinda joke? How many times I should submit them and basically how to do that again when I don't know the reason for rejection?

The regular transaction of $280 costs me an additional $27 more as a cash advance fee! Worthless and untrustable exchange!

About the rejected document, it should have been a mistake on our side if there isn't any reasons for the rejection, usually all our rejected documents have a valid reason.

Regarding the limitation, it can be increased, depending on your profile and the previous orders you made.

Finally, about the cash advance fee, it's a fee charged by your bank which is considering the transaction as a "money withdraw", we are not responsible for such fee. Please do not hesitate to contact our support team at hello@bitit.io in order to clarify this issue.
