Site is taking over of your system. Shameless support told's is my fault i lost "2/3" bonus balance in over half way to wager byyyyy HOLDING SPACE XDDDD
My bets 0.2 0.2 had playing since good 30+seconds overholded space. In one moment keno board stops showing new numbers and increased my betSIZE to 20$ < with holding space. Im not sure the 20$round starts after i leave space or hit mouse1 background arround game. But is all done by that site they distributing. After i reportred it, support says that they are sorry for my lost, And""" is my fault"".<< that was the point after any compensation goes out of talk. Stupid support says its my faultXDDD, same like fact how is that site working. IS YOUR FAULT.

PS. All my hotkeys ingame, in profile were disabled and keys increasing bets are + and - if i decide to enablle. So holding space didnt need to outbalance u there long holding, it can be just surpise your balance fly away ^^

I really loved bitkong because of how generous they used to be back in the days with their bonuses. Lately they removed faucet (and instead added new features based on wagering) because of the abuse from players that would never play but permanently claim free bonuses so it's highly understandable.

I hope with the newest features like KONG token they will also find a way to reward loyal players without all the potential abuse.

I appreciate that kongs is trying to grow as a platform and keep up with the market. I’ve never had an issue with withdrawing or deposits. The staff seems eager to listen tho sometimes it feels the backend doesn’t communicate what their plans and intentions are with the community well. I've been playing on BitKong for some time, and I definitely don't regret it. A week ago on Saturday my account was blocked with funds on the site for some reason they didn't mention why the account was blocked but I got blocked from the site and I can't log in anymore beware of this site they are scamming people.

After removing weekly & monthly leaderboard bonus & updating daily bonus to based on % of wager amount.
This indicates team not want to give bonus for players on leaderboard but only cashback. Previously if you finish in top 10 and in leaderboard you get some good bonus because accumulated bonus distributed accross ranks but now it's only cashback(0.1% to 0.3%) of wagered amount and no weekly & monthly leaderboard.
