I must say I had many doubts about where to buy my first ASIC. Not only because I wanted a good price and sound advice, but also because the risk of being scammed was high due to the presence of many fraudulent individuals in this sector. However, Nancy Cai assisted me from the very beginning with professionalism and honesty that immediately dispelled my doubts and guided me through all the necessary steps to make my first purchase. A thousand thanks for your patience! Looking forward to further collaboration with Bitmars, particularly with Nancy's exceptional service :)

Bitmars.io is a trustworthy company with excellent prices, and helpful staff. I dealt with Cassie and she help me with all my difficult request. Truly thankful for this company and staff. They are highly recommended.

Bitmars offers one of the best prices. Ivan Cai notifies me when good deals are available. He even responds to my messages late in the evening! That's great customer service!

For me, my experience with the people at Bitmars and especially with Mr. Ivan was a fantastic one, he helped me absolutely in any problem, he was active for me at any time, the support I received is one that any buyer and he would like to have it and he will surely have it. Great Customer Service from Cassie. Legit. Purchased 1 KS3 and followed it up with another KS3 and KS0 Pro. Lead time almost a week, shipping is quite fast. Good Customer service. Miners in condition as stated. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent service! Thank you Ryan.
Fast delivery to Canada.

At first I was hesitant to sent thousands in crypto to a rather unknown company in China, but you need not worry, the team at Bitmars was very prompt and professional. My Bitmain s19k pro arrived only 4 days after my order & payment. The customer service team was polite and responded promptly to requests. Very impressive experience considering how much better their prices are vs competitors. Would absolutely recommend to other buyers.

BitMars and Mr. Ivan will give you best service and prices available.

Very happy with our colaboration.

Thank you very much for your cooperation, Mr. William who helped me during my purchase at Bitmars until the goods arrived at the location, even though there were a few obstacles, the service from Mr. William is very satisfying and I really appreciate that, I will work with him again in the future... very helpful and very responsive to problems from small to large. that's very good.

I started approaching them in early Dec 2023 and their sales representative Summer took care of my purchase. She is a very responsible person and she could answer most of your questions and queries well. I placed my order a few days later and settled my bill. Then, they would provide the tracking number to the customer to let you track the parcel journey. They used UPS to deliver my order. It took about 1.5 weeks long from the confirmation of payment to receiving the goods. Anyway, they are LEGIT and I would suggest this supplier to someone who wants to get ASIC.

Everything perfect, fast shipping and impeccable technical assistance with mr. William Kang. Highly recommended.

Incredible service! Would recommend. Prices are below market. I was taken care of by William and he was super responsive, which is perfect. I was a beginner and he advised me on everything. He was patient and understanding. Nothing to complain about. At the top!

Fantastic customer service insanely fast shipping and complete communication throughout the whole entire order process I was assisted by William Kang! Ordered a ks0 pro miner is a beauty humming at 235 gigahash !

With Bitmars I have definitely received the best service for buying 6 miners compared to other dealers. All came without a hitch or problem. Ryan has been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I may have had. I'm in Ontario Canada and the shipping didn't take long. Extremely happy with my purchases and I will be buying more mining equipment from them in the future.

Absolutely amazing service from Ryan at Bitmars. He processed my order and kept me up to date throughout the Shipping process. It was truly a refreshing experience. Their client services and feedback is exceptional. They even went and sourced the correct psu cable seeing that the country I stay in required a different one.

I have had my miners delivered 2 days ago and I must say that it has been a pleasure to cooperate with Bitmars. They have kept me updated right from start to finish. I got my miners delivered to Denmark in just under 5 days (3 working days).

I would especially like to thank Ivan for his friendship and his almost 24-hour-online service. Pleasure to work with :)

I can only recommend Bitmars.
