Trade wreckers
I deposited btc and they held it without letting me make a time-sensitive trade because they wanted to KYC me some more (as if getting all my ID's is not enough), resulting in loss opportunity. I recently switched to shapeshift and am now very happy.

Fiat deposits on hold indefinitely
The app is far behind its competitors. Fiat deposits are on hold and no one knows when it will resume. Market doesn’t hold because of this and the app as well as the users loose this opportunity because of such set backs.

As our public statement explains, the notification from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) explains that BitOasis is yet to fulfill a small number of conditions that we have to satisfy following the grant of our Operational MVP License from VARA in April 2023.
It is important to understand that the market notice DOES NOT mean that we cannot continue providing our services to existing users. You can continue to use BitOasis as usual. However, we have undertaken not to accept new user registrations until further notice.
