i sent them 1300 euros of bitcoin in january 2021, they received it and after that they dont answer to mail or phone but i see that they received the btc. i dont like that i feel like scammed

This is one of the worst Bitcoin sites ever existed. Fake phone number , email does not work Customer service 0....Very unprofessional try avoid at all cost. The worst part is the email correspondent does not even read emails, He just sends meaningless reply.. you ask him something and he talking something totally different and opposite...horrible company

Before you buy anything i would advice you to look after five in front of their office. You will see there a couple of alcohlics in a cloud of smoke. That are the “bankers”.
Corona rules concerning distance are not for them, only for losers is what they seem to think.
I would not buy anything from those guys messy with their intoxicated brains.

I needed a large amount of BTC to invest in WolfOfCoinStreet.com and I got it from Bitonic. Thank you!

Almost one week now and still no btc are sent. Did order before and my identity and bankaccount were already verified.

After I paid for my last order I got a message the transaction had to be verified manually.

After 3 days I e-mailed them, because I didn't hear anything from them.
They replied that I had to do the verification again and had to send my passport. Although they are not allowed to ask for a scan of your ID/passport bij Dutch law I sent it, I already paid them a lot of money, so it felt I had no choice.

After that I received an e-mail that something was wrong and I had to do the verification again. So I did... And then I received the same e-mail again. So I sent them all my details, including a scan of my passport a third time in 1 week (and actually it was the 4th time, because I already sent it last year).

Still nothing.. So their way of working is:

- Let the customer pay
- After payment they'll tell you that you have to do verification again, because they have "a new verification system".
- Then you have to send a scan of your ID which they are not allowed to ask for (only government agencies, banks, notaries, casinos and life insurers are allowed to ask for these documents in The Netherlands)
- Then they tell you have to do verification again.
- You probably lose all your money

Will update when I receive my order, but please be aware and buy or sell btc somewhere else.

Update 05-06-2020: Order was sent today. Took almost a week to finish and I had to contact them several times. Customer service still thinks they're doing a great job. Ok, fine by me, not my kind of thing. No more bitonic for me

Verification too hard... sad they cant just do their job and send BTC

Very slow, take 2-3 days to complete manual verification. :(
They called my bank... blocked my bank... they are the worse i have seen, don't use them.

Very useful service, always works.

The only reason i give them four stars is like said in other reviews, paying them for a priority/quick transfer makes no sense. They just do it the next day anyway eventhough they promise to do it the same day within a few hours, if youre with one of the supported dutch banks.

Anyway a solid service that is really always working for me.

Perfect service... there was just a problem and it was all my fault... then I contacted them and in about an half hour it was fixed... they were really helpful.... Dankuwel :)

1. The transaction takes much longer than they say. Horrible experience with their 3 hours of urgent delivery, which happened a day longer!!
2. For the past three years, I only used their services only when i really had to. Their costs are much higher than top international exchanges in my list.
3. My latest transaction was held, and they asked me some strange questions asking of the details of my business activities and my customer's information on why and how they pay me in BTC. It was not professional and against what the Cryptos are meant to be; freedom without any third-party authority, control and dominance.
4. They are not regulated; i understood it recently. There are many other exchange services that you can use; Just Google it you will find much better prices and faster services.
5. For this moment, The BTC price fell again, and i still don't have my BTC nor received my money. I have to file a legal case against them.

Horrible service! Please avoid working with this company at all costs!

Company advertises that they provide priority services and charge a relatively small fee for it. Promises transfers within 2 hours within certain times. In reality, they send you confirmation but easily do the payment 1 working day later.

Customer service tells you that these things can happen. And that you shouldn't complain. Happened multiple times. They may be legit, but definitely amateurs.

I found out about bitonic from a friend of mine, I have gone through the verification process what was very easy and since then selling bitcoins to bitonic on a regular basis. The service they provide is literally excellent. Would recommend 10/10.

My funds were hold for verification. I had contacted support, and they approved my payment outside of office hours! Now that is what I call service 10/10

Excellent, nice and smooth service. I am using bitonic for almost 3 years and not once have I been delayed.

Transactions can be done till around 10 PM in The Netherlands. Rates are very reasonable.

Btw, great customers service.
