BitPlay asked me to reach out to support so they could "make it right" and i was reluctant to do so, as I should have been, because they treated me exactly the same as they had the first time that prompted me to post about them initially. Support told me for the second time that there wasn't a specific platform created for me but a few days prior I was able to log in, only one time and seen that I had money on that platform. Then when I went to log in a second time it kept telling me my information was wrong, and it wasn't. Then it said I had no Internet and I did but coincidently, I had enough Internet to talk to support.... They took my money and wouldn't allow me access to it again, blamed me, acted like the had no idea what I was talking about and had an attitude with me the whole time. So I stick with what I say they should be shut down, they are scammers and They don't seem ligitimate. I wish I hadn't wasted my time or money on them.

These people are RUDE, Customer service is the worst I've EVER experienced of any Company I've EVER done business with. I like the fact that when I make a deposit it's typically on my game within 10-15min.

Total scam! I’m not sure how they got four stars! The website crashes when you win any sizable amount. The games are jumpy, often stopping a winner just to jump out of the spot onto a loser. They will steal your money, and probably sell your info on the dark web, to boot!

Well I just started playing on this site this week I signed up got my free bonus for signing up played it lost it deposited $15 and won $100! I go to make a withdrawal and at the top of their screen on every page on their site it's advertises that they do withdrawals instantly!!! So I request a withdrawal and I messaged the live chat customer service and ask them if they're advertising for instant withdrawals is true hoping that it was and I'm guessing they advertise false advertising on their site! Their withdrawals are not instant and their customer service Representatives just suck!!! They're rude as hell and think that it's okay to disable and enable the chat feature on my account whenever they see fit that way I cannot contact them pertaining to my winnings when I want to!! Then they finally enable my chat feature back and I send them a message and I asked them what my txid is for my Bitcoin withdrawal transaction and they proceed to tell me that it's been processed on there and but the blockchain is congested so that's what is taking so long for the delay and then I proceed to tell them that if it's on the blockchain there is a transaction ID number that they can give me so I can follow the history on my transaction and know where my money is and they tell me a whole new story that it's not even processed and there's a delay in their system so now I've been told two different lies really disconnected rudely disabled from contacting customer service and I also contact them on my daughter's telegram account because I don't have one and as I'm telling them my issue that I'm having favored the interrupt me and tell me that spam texting them is highly illegal and has major consequences when it's not illegal to message a customer service representative and state the issue I am having to receive assistance and a resolution it's called doing business!! BUT I PROMISE YOU FALSE ADVERTISING THAT YOU DO SOMETHING WHEN YOU DO NOT IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL REMEMBER THAT EVERYBODY LESSON FOR TODAY!!!

UPDATE IT IS NOW 11:30 MY WITHDRAWAL WAS REQUESTED AT 8:35 A.M. EASTERN TIME IT'S NOW 11:30 A.M. EASTERN TIME AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM IN REGARDS TO MY MONEY I WON FAIRLY!! I'M BEGINNING TO THINK THEY'RE SCAMMERS
