I recently today went to purchase a 20€ Lycamobile code to refill my 4G from bitrefill but it wouldnt work i checked again and it said it was a code from the netherlands even tho i clearly am located in belgium and it always shows me the right giftcard for to be used in belgium so when i told support they denied it and always used the excuse "it has been unsealed" i told them i clearly cant use it because i was misled by youre site and its country locked so i cant use it or do anything with it, they said i schould ressel it wich i found really disgusting i paid 5€ in fees and get this type of response. As a loyal customer to bitrefill i can say im really really dissapointed to what it has become. And im still stuck with this unusable 20€ Code. I hope i can still get a refund somehow cus the issue is on theyre side if i dont then i totally dont recomment buying recklessly here as theyre new policy is trash.

Hello, I've reviewed your ticket with our support team and the issue is you purchased a Netherlands gift card which can not be used in Belgium. We checked with our provider who confirmed the code is valid and active, ready to be used in the Netherlands. Once a code is unsealed and the code is visible to the customer, we are unable to refund and restock the code. I also noticed you were not logged into your Bitrefill account which is why our system didn't show you Belgium when you searched for Lycamobile. It pulls up all Lycamobile products on our site.

In 2025 I brought this gift card and it's nonsense Usave staff says it doesn't show on their systems and the Usave they don't know anything about it.
In 2025 I brought this nonsense and its not working, Usave staff does not know it and basically i'm just tired Usave and Bitrefill messing with me.
Even though I made the initial gift card purchase with crypto Bitrefill responded with giving me an option for Bitrefill credit, knowing very well, that it doesn't work.
Bitrefill calls it store credit. I just want my money back not an option to buy another gift card that will ultimately not work. The Bitrefill platform failed me for a full year, with Bitrefill hoping I'll just forget the funds. The team couldn't compensate me for my inconvenience. Now they are holding my funds calling it store credit, I don't want store credit, it won't work in store.
Why will credit work when my BTC didn't.
Please stop messing me around and refund me.

I brought the gift card when BTC was at it's ATH and then Bitrefill refunds me on BTC ATL. Last year I received no help and was told nonsense about wi codes being fine... I'll forward the emails showing Bitrefill's incompetence, since my first contact with suppor last year 2024.
In understanding that the funds were for food it would have been human to take accountability and compensate your clients for Bitrefill's inconveniences and inadequacies.
Otherwise it would have been best to just send the funds to my wallet since the platform is not going to get fixed.
