Bitroda for arbitrage... not so much

Saw this exchange on YouTube promoting arbitage opportunities. Tried a few trades, worked ok, added more money and they froze my account. Claim they will unlock funds if I pay to upgrade to VIP by depositing and additional $10,000. However, that puts the account value over the next tier limit so now you have to upgrade again. See how that works? Can you say SCAM? It's all in the terms of service so there you go. It's a scam so user beware.
