BITSA will simply lock your account and keep your money
Company literally steals client's money. They block your account and support will stop replying to you, in my case when I pointed out Im not a spanish citizen and as such dont have the kinds of documents they were asking for.
They simply stopped replying when I said im not interested in continuing using their service and just wanted them to reimburse my balance.
Theyll just manually mark your tickets as solved without replying. Never seen such a blatant example of a company reneging on their obligation to reply to all requests in a timely manner (the exact time varies by country)

It's very easy to use, fast in activation and without maintenance costs. It's possible to do transfers directly from the application and it's possible to have a virtual card for online payment or also a credit card paying a fee

Pretty good to actually spend my crypto!
This card allowed me to seamlessly transform the crypto I had into fiat in a very straightforward and quick way. I was once out of money in a store and I told the guy to wait a minute, I exchanged my crypto and in less than two minutes I had my euros ready, so I managed to pay.
I can selectively decide when it's the best time to exchange it for fiat, and the exact amount, so it looks pretty decent.
