Best platform in terms of simplicity. I’ve used bitsgap since march 2021. It’s simple, no complicated forms of trading with indicators. Yes trading with more complex strategies could be better in terms of incomes but it’s also time consuming. Here just set your bot, if for long term, check it once a week and that’s it. Pure simple grid bot.
Support is very reactive, a but too joyful (emojis everywhere) but efficient.

Dishonest backtesting
The grid bot BACKTEST gives a DISHONEST impression: the grid seems to follow the price automatically, suggesting that profits are OPTIMIZED without adjustments.
But in REALITY, when the price falls below the grid, an ALERT asks you to add funds and RESET.
This is not reflected in backtesting, which indicates a Perfect bot IMPRESSION, with optimal profits.
But no, IT'S NOT TRUE...
What's more, the REFUND is refused if you have used the REAL mode.
For a more CLEAR and TRANSPARENT service, other platforms like 3commas or other competitors offer better alternatives with more PERFORMING bots.

Everything works as claimed. Pricing was a bit high for 5 grid bots, but they've recently increased it to 10. Customer service is prompt and helpful. A documented API would be good.

Otherwise, Bitsgap offers an enormous opportunity to earn a lot of money profitably on the crypto market. If you are familiar with technical analysis, Bitsgap offers many opportunities to trade in both directions (long and short). I've been using Bitsgap since the middle of April. I used my wife's email address , Sasabella.maxwell .... because she is much younger than me. I thought that after everything was up an running smoothly, I'd hand everything over to her. But, one big problem, I have not closed a day in profit on any of the Grid bots. Each day is a losing day. I'm starting to believe grid trading is a scam.

Their software lie with the numbers…
Their software is unable to give an accurate picture of the real gain/loss for each bot you set up. After doing some accounting of the money I withdrew from the exchanges, it became clear to me that their bots lie about the total Profit/Loss, especially with the take profit action. Their CEO used to work for casinos, so I can see why the UI is designed to deceive users.

Terrible company and product
Customer service is terrible. I canceled online but the subscription went through anyway. Shouldnt be a big deal right, just get a refund... nope. Despite canceling before the processing date, and the fact that this service is paid in advance (ie I had not used the platform), they are unwilling to provide a refund.
Dont be deceived, this platform is incredibly buggy and is not going to help you do better than how the market is already trending.
Im willing to adjust my review if you do the right thing.

Response to BG: I understand the policy. Im not sure why the cancellation didnt go through, but the fact still remains: I did try to cancel before the payment went through. Since the system didn't work properly, I should be given a refund.
It also boils down to this - the service is paid for in advance and I reached out the hour you charged my card (ie I had not used any of the service). I understand why you wouldnt want to provide a refund if someone went through the usage period and then asked for a refund, but that is not what happened here. Why would you want to try to force someone to pay for a product they aren't using?

We have requested additional information regarding your case. Bitsgap does offer refunds for subscriptions, however, there are conditions under which this is not possible.
Here are the most common reasons for refund denial:
The user has requested a refund previously and it was granted; subsequent attempts will always be rejected. We allow our users only one refund per account lifetime.
The user has contacted us more than 14 days after the payment date (for monthly subscriptions).
Partial refunds are not possible after the calculation for the purchase of an annual package.

I'm relatively new to crypto trading, however Bitsgap platform is proving to be quite user friendly, while still being very efficient and extremely advanced all at the same time! & what I found has mostly helped in facilitating the learning experience for a novice like myself, is the extremely helpful customer service team!
