The Bitsgap leadership team appear to be entirely self absorbed claiming to be customer focused but confusing the truth with just thinking how good they are, patting each other on the back when creating new features that they 'think' users want, but the reality is they never ask what their customers want. What their customers want is a working software without ever-changing bells & whistles that cause continuous issues.

What doesn't work correctly? The V2 removal of the initial funds. This is a MAJOR issue for reconciliation at a glance. Next is the FAKE backtest results. You need to check the date range because whatever it is, is just multiplied or divided to give results from 3-7-30 days. Last major issue is the support team, while getting better with quicker responses, they can't answer coherently the reason for available balance fluctuations, being sent back to the exchange to try figure out why the discrepancy of bot profits to actual available funds exists is incorrectly lazy. Bitsgap provides the figures and they are expected to be correct, especially for the enormous monthly subscription fee being charged!!

Never before in the history of the internet has a software company doubled their subscription fees in one single hit. This was pure GREED and instead of using that HUGE influx of capital to ensure a bug-free experience, that capital has been squandered on unnecessary beta features that nobody needs or wants.

But compared to the functions of other trading bot softwares, Bitsgap still works better than most - but I will be forever pissed at their massive price hike in October 2021. So uncalled for and so damn greedy with ZERO improvement to the user experience, only more unnecessary issues. Shame on you Bitsgap!

My experience with Bitsgap has been absolutely amazing. I recently started grid trading and as a newbie, I found the platform to be very user friendly and intuitive. What I love best about Bitsgap is their support team. They address questions very quickly, are friendly and are very helpful with anything I present to them. I would highly recommend Bitsgap. Keep up the great work!

What makes this platform great is not just the service/software which is constantly innovated with features that are actually geared towards helping the people and coming up with new ways to reduce losses or make more profits but it is also the exceptional customer support. At no point in time do you feel lost or alone because there is always someone present from the support team to hold your hand and guide you through no matter how trivial the question might be This is the best customer support service I have ever come across and I can't recommend this product enough.

Been a newbie with very little usage of the Bitsgap platform I have found the Bitsgap support team ultra supportive allowing me to grow in confidence importantly a constant learning journey, a great growing experience. I have complete faith if you're unable to complete an action they are at hand to guide you toward your goal.

I was pleasently surprised how quickly I received an answer and solution to my problem. As a newbie, I opened two accounts and paid two 6-months fees by mistake. When I explained what happened, the agent checked the payments and told my that I would get a refund ot the second payment in a couple of days. The agent was friendly, patient and knowlegable. Thanks a lot!

I had a bit of a shock when I opened my Bitsgap platform on my laptop to find that the whole layout had changed. I wondered why I hadn't been notified and saught answers from both the Bitsgap team and the people who got me to use the platform as part of their bot strategy scheme (The Plan). After a bit of going backwards and forwards answering questions with the help team on Bitsgap it became apparent that the error was minor, it was at my end, and it was easily fixed. Operator error at my end. LOL. The only delay in fixing the problem was the time difference between the team's location and where I live. So I went from hyper anxious that my investments were at risk to feeling relief that the issue was easily fixed and my world was back to normal. Phew! Thanks Alexandra.

I was worried that my bot trading would be negatively impacted by a system update on my trading exchange. Bitsgap support was aware of the pre-planned system update and assured me there would be no negative effects. Bitsgap's reply was timely, friendly and I appreciated the effort to reply.

The support team is professional and the reply was quickly and usefully.

But I would like to suggest one problem I've been met, that is about "My exchanges".

It will be friendly for beginners, If click delete connect API button by mistake, popping up a warning window, "If you delete exchanges, the bots will be cancelled immediately, are you sure?"

I really hope no one has this problem after me.

I always check the reviews before I sign up with the a company. Bitsgap has lot of good reviews but, i am bit hesitant to join when i saw their monthly fees. Surely Bitsgap could structure their fee differently, why can't they charge a low commission fee on the profits. One Trading company I am dealing with charges 1% on profits and no withdrawal fees.

I had an issue where my API was not connecting and it turned out to be a very easy solution!

THE GOOD
So far I have had a very good experience with the platform's operation and especially the customer support which has been lightning fast, accurate, and very helpful. This is SUPER important.
I like the fact that they continuously work on their product and add features/packages.

THE "ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT"
What I do not like is that some features like trailing down have been discontinued. I would propose to keep old features while adding new ones.
I would also like the addition of subaccounts.
I also find the monthly fee a bit on the high end.

Very helpful customer service.

Bots are very intuitive and easy to use.

But price for memberships is really high.

You have to invest a substantial amount of money so that the bots outperform the money invested for a membership each month.

Good Platform with great potential.
Robust feature set to track various crypto currencies on a large number of the better exchanges out there.
LOVED:
1- That they were able to keep my TA for each coin intact even when logged out/in on different computers.
2- Clean, Simple Intuitive
3- Most Platforms/Coins supported

DID NOT LOVE:
1- Not all Limit Orders that are triggered on their platform go through or are honored, they just sit there as if they were never created.
2- PRICE (quite pricey to only offer tracking of your currency through APIs) especially since triggering limit orders seems to sometimes work and other times not at all. and even if it did, it should be 25% of the current price with respect to what other platforms offer.

Bitsgap is a fantastic system that make me a lot of money, more or less automated. Put up the bot and lean back and enjoy the money rolling your way!

If you have a question on functionality, how it works or if something, in your eyes, has happend, the support are there to help you. They help you in a open, transparent, professional way and will take your time to understand the problem and find the best answer or correct what ever might be the problem!

Bitsgap customer care is very the top. They can answer to all your questions and explain everighting in detail. The average waiting time is very small.

Very useful and easy product for utilizing multiple platforms of trading crypto. Highly recommended for those looking for a platform for crypto coin pair trading.

New to the platform and needed help understanding the interface. All my queries and stupid questions have been answered promptly with courteous replies. My understanding has improved greatly because of this.
