I tried to contact you by email 2 times because after more than 2 weeks my order had not been delivered. I received no reply whatsoever from you.

I mean I’m sure you guys are great at what you do but I can’t leave a review for something I didn’t buy. I have not yet made a purchase despite getting an email asking me to review my order haha.

A company owned account on the app Instagram commenting hateful content on posts and getting into arguments with people. Very rude and disrespectful comments.

Can’t recommend enough. After not receiving the item I ordered after two weeks I emailed for an update and was told that the shop was currently closed due to ill health. Bobby went through the trouble to send my item despite this and also threw in an extra set of the decals I ordered! Will be sure to shop with bits monster again once they reopen fully!
