These poor guys are a case of mistaken identity the negative reviews should be aimed at Home Education Bits n Bobs ! as I too was scammed by them. Please remove your comments and direct them to the correct company - we need to get them closed down as soon as we can! Thanks

🚨SCAM Company Avoid!!!!🚨
Absolute scam of a company exactly as other true reviewers ordered items was given 4 different dates of delivery no items delivered in fairness they did reply to my emails very promptly then was told would recievea refund and nothing..... also now all of a sudden they don't reply to emails!!!! they will comment and say wrong company like they have on the rest of the true reviews however I have all email proofs that this company is a scam avoid like the plague. Take people's well earned money and deliver nothing they ought to be ashamed of them selves. Will be shared all over social media too..... not only did it cost me the money I sent to them but also the money to replace the items!!!!!! Absolute jokers!!!!

Ordered from this company and never…
Ordered from this company and never received the initial order got in contact to be told a replacement would be sent out & I would receive it on the Saturday. Again nothing arrived this was almost 3 weeks after I placed the order in the first place. I got in touch again to be told there was a problem but assured it would be with me by the Monday. Monday came and went and nothing so I again got in contact & asked for a refund. On the 26th September I was told I would receive the refund within 5 days, you guessed it I’m still waiting.

If, for some reason, a customer's order is unsatisfactory, the head of the company deals with it personally and gets either a full refund or a product of the same price. However, there are currently no orders or issues with us.

new website is perfect
new website is perfect. Quoted me £100 for my blog which is way lower than anything else I'd been quoted. Had it done in 4 days and really helped when I had a few teething issues.

They was so help as I'm a technical…
They was so help as I'm a technical dunce. I asked them if they could help with fitting a os on my laptop. I'd been quoted by a different company from £60 to £160 which was way to high but when I contact Bits n Bob's they quoted me £30 but before they done it they contacted me with a way to do it myself for less than a tenner and it worked. I now need a memory upgrade and I've already spoke to them and I'm going to let them do it for me and I will be recommding to everyone I know. They are quick to get back to you and they will do the best and cheapest way they can. Out of 5 stars I give them 6. Highly recommended
