I bought Master Plan which have 250GB disk space and 30 slots. Everything else is unlimited. that was their highest plan. It is my first month and i m disappointed with their service. Download speed is terrible and admin never reply to your emails no matter what.

Now as i mentioned above i have Master plan. Website says you will have 30 slots but NO you get 8 slots to DL/UP. Tried contacting support several times but no reply. I am glad i bought 1 month test from them so i cannot get scammed but trust me this website do not worth giving a try as even with 8 slots i get bad download speed. I tested it by creating a private torrent and seeded that torrent from 1 GB/S uplink server but Bitso cannot get much higher then 3MB/s on that torrent. If you are planning to use them to download in bulk then it will take ages to download your 100 movies.

Be Aware of this scam site as they do not deliver what they promised to.

At first glance it's a copy/fork of Bitport.io, however the owner knows nothing about how BitTorrent protocol works.

There is no ticketing system for support request and reporting issues. Your best bet is filling "Contact Us" page and waiting for an Email in response! (if it ever happens!). If you have a chance to get a response it usually would be: "Everything works fine, You're being too sensitive"

The servers have outdated/old hardware and they're mostly oversold. You cannot imagine how many users are sharing a 1Gbps NIC port! so the DL/UP speeds are terrible.
You may lose your data occasionally because the admin frees up disk space manually to put more users on server's hard drive!

You cannot request a refund if you aren't satisfied with service (due to TOS)

The provider has a bad reputation for disrespecting customer's privacy and accessing their slot/box without permission and canceling service without refund.
If you have accounts with private trackers please be aware that Bitso is banned in some trackers (e.g. AvistaZ family, BHD, PTP, Aither, HDT)

conclusion: avoid them at all cost!

Using Bitso has made my life so much easier. No joke! So glad I found them! Download speeds from their cloud are amazing. Torrenting is painless. They will even seed for you. Video can be streamed in a web browser or use kodi media player.

What they are doing at Bitso is truly revolutionary. No more needs for a VPN, you can stream files directly without having to take up a single byte of storage on your hard drive.
