Fantastic service, bought 2 preowned action figures on a Saturday evening and realised that the method I’d used to pay with had an old address saved, I emailed Bits of Plastic as soon as I realised to explain the situation and request a change of delivery address, fully expecting not to hear back until Tuesday as it was a Monday Bank Holiday in the UK

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within 15 minutes from Carl who quickly arranged the changes and assured me that despite the holiday, they’d have my purchase out as soon as possible

I had also received an email from Royal Mail still with the old address attached and after emailing to double check, Carl confirmed that my delivery address had been changed on their side and that Jessica had sent it out to my correct address

My order arrived on Thursday afternoon, very well packed and exactly as described on the site

TLDR: Very impressed with Bits of Plastic’s customer care and will definitely be buying from them in the future

10/10 - can’t fault the product or the service. I’ll be back

Ordered online and received a shipping notice the next day, along with a confirmation email. I received the order within 48 hours.

Ordered an item and it was delivered quickly. Royal mail was very rough with the box and dented it, despite the fragile warning on the package, but the item was packaged very securely, so it wasnt damaged by this at all.

I've bought stuff from Bits of Plastic both from their shop and when they've had a stand at Doncaster Toy Fair, and have been extremely happy both with my purchases and the customer service.

The shop had a great, warm feel & there's plenty to poke about in, and covers a multitude of different product lines & price ranges.

Great little store on Hambletonian Yard, been going here for years, lots of l little figures and Pokémon bulk to go through, would recommend

I have loved coming to this shop since I discovered it, it’s small but don’t let that stop you from going. The shop has a variety of collectibles and toys from every genre. It is an amazing place, so go and have a mooch around, you will not be disappointed. You will become a regular customer.

I discovered out about this amazing store completely by accident… and am so glad I did! Carl (and on occasion, his lovely other half and their boblet!) manage an amazing menagerie of geektastic wonders. I have bought a few items I never expected own already and have more on pre-order. It is now my only other ‘go to’ place for collectibles, figures etc. If you love NECA figures and the like, this is a must have in your shopping list!

Fantastic shop and service from Carl and the team who went out of their way to send an item last minute so it arrived before Xmas. Very friendly and helpful, with an incredibly fast turnaround time. Will definitely shop here again!

Absolutely love this shop!!! Staff are amazing always keen to help and keep me up date when my orders have arrived in shop! My son is horror obsessed and every figure I’ve bought has been from here and I wouldn’t waste my money elsewhere never had a problem with any purchase or quailty it’s by far both mine and his fave place couldn’t recommend it more will always rave about how good this shop is! 👏👏
