I was using this website for 2 years. One day I bought a feature-buy in a game on the Bitstarz website. Suddenly the game on their website crashed right after I paid to buy the bonus. After refreshing their website the bonus didn't run at all, but the money where deducted from my account! So after that, I assumed that I didn't win anything from that bonus and closed it. After a while, I saw in my bets history that I won an X amount of money in that particular bonus! That amount was NEVER added to my account!

I contacted them regarding this error, the support guy I was talking to, said that the money was correctly credited to my account. I then asked him to send me my bets history analysis which he did. After thorough checking, I found the mistake that was clearly visible in bets history. So, I contacted the same guy that told me that the money was added correctly to my account and he admitted that I was correct and there is something wrong with the data. For that reason, he escalated my issue to the specific department to help us resolve the issue.

After some time, I got an email from the department guy telling me the same thing that my balance is correct and that the money was added to the account. I sent him screenshots of my bets history proving that there was a mistake and then I asked him "So where did the money go?".

His answer was that I left the bonus as it was running and resumed it the day after. Then he sent me the bonus terms and conditions, stating that if you exit the game and then go back after some time is not acceptable and they can get your money! I believe that they do not explain what happens if their games are faulty so that they can easily get any winning you may have! They accused me of "Bonus Hunting", whatever that term means, but in reality, the game Minotaurus crashed right after I bought the bonus feature. I then won money on that bonus and they took it from me as well as the money I paid for the bonus buy.
