Poor quality strap. Wrote to customer service but no reply.

Bought a replacement strap for my Fitbit Charge 4. Very pleased with it.
I had bought a cheaper one before and it didn't clip on quite securely enough, so I wanted to be sure to get the best quality and fit. This one clips on securely, doesn't come loose with movement, and is made from good quality, durable materials.

My order received didn't fit my watch securely and is unusable
I did email regarding the faulty item.to.ask how I can return for refund but have not had any response.

Bought 2 straps from a well known online retailer but one was broken on delivery and the 2nd was not fit for purpose.

I am very pleased with the strap from Bitstraps in terms of ease of fitting and appearance. Delivery could have been a bit quicker but overall I am very happy with the item and the service I received.

Quick delivery and looks and feels like the original strap

I have emailed customer service twice regarding a refund or replacement, but have had no response.

I ordered two straps, Pink and Blue. Only the blue arrived. I received the pink later after contacting the supplier.
The straps are pretty tough”rubber” . Not as supple as the original Fitbit straps. I find them difficult to fasten and the end that tucks into the fastening is much longer than my original. Does the job but won’t buy again!

Very good price especially when ordering 2. Quality very good, I didn't realize how much the original one had worn.

Size’s are incorrect bought one stating one size fit’s all and it doesn’t go past 1st eyelet and keeps dropping off

Good quality strap which arrived on time.

Nothing in particular stood out , but overall positive experience.I love the strap better than the original one that came with the Fitbit Charge 5 because its breathable

Really good fitbit bracelet but a link removal tool would yave been handy

Great products and fast delivery. I bought two (1 as a spare) and when my husband saw it he wanted one. Totally changed the look of my watch which was what I was looking for. Excellent quality.
