This box is disappointing. At first I got the bump box, and enjoyed it. But when my baby was born and the box shifted to Bitsy Box, there was a shift in the value. I let my subscription come to an end, but there was a charge just before I found how to cancel the box. That's fine, I'll just take the last box. But it was disappointing, like the others. I totaled what all the contents value would come to if I just bought them on my own, and it came to the same amount. But there were items I would not have chosen- like some contrast cards. Contrast cards are especially helpful during the first months, as baby's eyesight is developing. Since my baby is just about 6 months, her sight is developed - as well as her grasp. So many of the cards are now bent. We have other items that have high contrast - with bold colors that can also handle baby's grasp as they are fabric. Although this would have been redundant, at least it would have been developmentally appropriate.

I gave more than one star because we have used items and have liked them. But it's really not worth the cost to me, especially when they took THREE MONTHS to get my box to me, it wasn't a cohesive box like the others (they had a theme, such as bathtime) and it was not developmentally appropriate for her age.

I wouldn't suggest the bitsy box to anyone.

I've gotten 6 bitsy boxes and several items have been repeated like a picture frame, a toddler cup, and a teething toy. We also have a good 5 toothbrushes (all slightly different) from bitsy alone. Definitely need to work on their variety.

I love Bitsy Boxes. My daughter is almost 16 months and I’ve gotten Bump Boxes since I was 5 months pregnant. The items are great ideas that I would never think to buy myself and my daughter loves the variety. Especially all the teething products. Each month a different book is sent as well. The items may not seem useful now, but they will come in handy eventually!

I ordered a six month subscription and I am so disappointed with our first box. The items were not designed for our 3 month old baby. Like a bag of granola? Only two toys and the rest was baby cleaning items? When I called to talk to them, there is no one to take my call. They recording says to leave a message on the website. When I wrote them (3) emails they told me there is no refunds on a 6 month subscription and in addition, I would get charged a $25 early cancellation fee. Seriously? What a scam.

Love all the products I received! They came in very handy. Can't wait for the next box to see what's in it :)

I recently received a bitsy box and was excited because the one I received after my last bump box was awesome. This one not so much. I got a teether that was dusty as heck and old travel changing pads. It was awful. Hopefully the next one will be better or I'm going to cancel.

I couldn’t believe how spot on this company was for each box I received during pregnancy and through my baby’s 1st year. As a new parent, it was awesome to see the new products that make parenting easier. For example, the elephant that sings while you give baby medicine is still a favorite. It felt like this company cared and paid attention to where you were on your motherhood journey.

So I ordered the 12 month subscription of bump boxes for my sister which automatically turns into Bitsy boxes after her due date. Omg we couldn’t be any happier with the boxes. Each month has products curated to baby milestones. We all love the products in the boxes, especially my nephew! I couldn’t bare the thought of them not receiving the Bitsy Boxes anymore so I ordered another twelve month subscription for them. My sister gets so excited to come over and open the box every time, it’s kinda become a tradition. I plan to keep renewing the Bitsy Boxes until my nephew ages out. Our last box had a very hungry caterpillar rattle in it and it’s my nephew’s absolute favorite thing in the world right now. I always get so excited when I see that box at my door. If I could give Bitsy Boxes 100 stars I would.

Terrible. The stuff that the box contained was not worth the price. All the products were very very cheap and I could’ve bought all the products separately and payed less than I payed for the box. I was very disappointed. I will never buy this again.

Bought these boxes for my newborn niece, here mom loves all the products thank you! I would say if you are giving a gift, there should be place to sign up the mom so she gets the weekly emails instead of the person buying; I kept having to forward the emails to her each month and it had my name on it. I wanted the confirmation emails sent to me so I kept my email on the account. Maybe a secondary portion for the mother to be! Other than that, its great!

I like Bitsy Box. It is something my daughter and I look forward too. I like new products to try and learning tools. I do not like that the boxes are ridged depending on age group. My daughter is speech delayed so I wanted to customize my box but thkipey couldn't because certain ages get certain boxes. Secondly, I received age inappropriate and repeat items, monthly. They refunded me but it informed me no one paid attention to my account or previous boxes. Lastly, using store credit was a hassle. My options would usually be out of stock AFTER placing the order. I wish they would work on a few of the cons. Otherwise, it was a great box.

SN - I have been subscribed for 11 months.

At first I was disappointed in the products that came in the box, but after a little bit of time looking into the products.... I have found that they were nice products that were sent. Just not necessarily products I would have wanted.

Absolutely adorable box for my little. Can’t wait to see what he gets each month. Favorite things so far are a bedtime book, some great soothie pacifiers, skin care, and the cutest bunny rattle.
