I thought I checked this company out, but not enough, they got me. They are NOT in AZ but from China, poor quality. Save your money, don't buy from them. Ordered 2 6 month sized onies, they would hardly be big enough for a newborn.

Horrible company!! I ordered 3 outfits. I waited nearly 2 months to receive the order. It comes from China, not Arizona. Outfits are cheaply made and not at all as pictured. I would be embarrassed to give these as a gift. I asked for the return, received a return number and returned the merchandise. They claim they never received it. I have the receipt showing that it was shipped back. I'm out $50+. Do not waste your hard earned money!! This company is a huge scam!!

I placed an order not realizing that it would come directly from supplier instead of site. It took just under a month to arrive and I admit, after two weeks I looked up other reviews and became nervous.

This retailer was the ONLY site that had the item that I had been searching for! My granddaughter is a very particular, as in ONLY wears rompers!!! None of the major retailers I normally use had anything available since she is rapidly growing out of her previous ones.

I ordered a total of 6 them and all arrived in perfect condition. And while it took longer to receive, I love how soft with enough stretch to placate this raging baby.

If you order online be aware that it will take time to ship and process with customs but it worked out wonderfully for our needs.

I will never ordered from this company again. I thought I was ordering from a company in Arizona and all of the product comes from China. I waited two months to get my stuff and it’s cheaply made and it’s cheap material.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM… they take your money wait 3 weeks give you a fake tracking number and you get nothing. No customer service number. I am reporting them hopefully they will get shut down.

I purchased six (6) outfits back in December, 2022. The payment was posted on December 30, 2022. So far all I've received is two. I have sent them countless emails, to no avail. The address on the website is in Arizona. The clothes shipped from CHINA! If I had known, I never would have ordered them! If you noticed, there is not an option to post a review on GOOGLE. So, I'm sure the 5 STAR reviews on their website, are their own kids!

I really wish I read reviews about this place before placing an order. I placed an order for two items on 12/21, was assured I would receive both within 22 days, and was provided with a tracking number for both items. 24 days later I only received ONE of my items, although the tracking information indicated they had both been successfully delivered. After contacting their support team, I was informed there were “stock shortages” preventing this item from even being SHIPPED.

I am absolutely appalled. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Placed order Dec 7 credit card was charged same day. Finally Dec 24 received e-mail item was shipped. Jan 2 contacted credit card company to lodge complaint. Received letter yesterday investigating matter. Late yesterday receive email again from Bitsy Bug refunding full refund as they as unable to fulfill my order due to popular item out o stock. Seems strange after I contacted credit card. They also do not have a phone number for contact very suspicious wish I would have investigated before placing order. Now to see if I really receive full refund. DO NOT ORDER

I have never received my order of well over $50. Customer service is appalling; all they do is repeat the same, nondescript verbiage over and over. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Boy! I wish I’d searched reviews for this “boutique” before I purchased. This is clearly an overseas company that is unreliable and the quality of the clothing is cheap. My order shipped from Hong Kong. To top it off, only one item was delivered and I have a feeling I won’t get the second one. So disappointed and lesson learned on checking reviews before purchasing online from now on! Do not purchase anything from this place!

I'm so disappointed and so sorry I ordered from this company. I ordered $200 of baby cloths for my first granddaughter over a month ago and still have not received or been able to contact anyone. Very deceitful claiming to be a family owned business in the US.

I would give 0 stars but my first order was delivered (very late). The second time I ordered the package was still not delivered over a month later. During that month I reached out to Customer Service and was told by several employees that they would look into the problem but nobody ever got back to me. FINALLY, today, I reached out AGAIN and a Bitsy Bug employee replied with apologies that there was a 'shipping issue' with my order and they were going to refund my money and also offer a 12% discount on a new order. PULEAZE. They can keep their meager discount.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. OMG what junk. Plastic buttons that could cause choking hazard. Placed a $193.90 order thinking these were the cutest clothes! I have received 1 item. Online site states my order is unfulfilled, no notice of shipment, so cheaply made, broken button ready to be swallowed. Dropped it on the floor and couldn't find, if my Frenchie eats it someone is gonna be sued. Need to return. Package did not include any invoice or paperwork. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I regret it. Could have bought a diaper genie and put this in it.

I ordered an item for my great-granddaughter and I was really surprised when I received the item of clothing! It was extremely poor quality and I should have researched the site more..

Had I done my due diligence (scoping out the website better, reading the fine print, searching for reviews) I wouldn't have ordered. This cute ad popped up on my FB while searching for baby clothes for my daughter's shower. I ordered about $100 worth. It probably cost $10 total to make them. The shipment arrived AFTER the shower, the clothes smelled awful like a China sweatshop, and were not the best quality for what I assumed was a "boutique." Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I ordered five outfits for the 4th of July weekend in plenty of time for the holiday! Tracking the order led to major disappointment because it was being shipped from China and hadn’t even made it to the US yet! Here is the shadiest part….I received one package on July 5th with one outfit and they are making it seem as if the complete order was sent. SCAM! And the return address was from Kentucky…not Arizona! Please do not lose your money to these folks!

This site leads you to believe you are ordering from a company in the United States, then when you get the tracking, it is actually coming from China. I refuse to purchase anything from China. Also, my items were never received. I reached out to them and I didn't get a response. So, I reached out to PayPal and they are refunding my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

If I could leave a negative star I would. Ordered clothes for my grandson in Feb 21, 3022, thinking this was a great little boutique from Arizona. NOT! Clothes coming from China. As of March 27th, still have not received. Tracking shows coming from China and in customs as of March 13.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Well I tried to order about 6 outfits for my niece coming to about $100. But when I put the address in to ship to Tucson, Az it said it wasn’t a legitimate address and thank God it would not take my order. But, not knowing what I know now about this website, I tried my address in Texas, with the same results, not a legit address. So I reached out to them for help and got none. Just repeated texts and email to place my order before sale is over. Sent my phone number for them to call and figure out what is going on, but no, no contact. Other thing that I noticed was a banner that the sale was ending that night at midnight Pacific time. Which has now been running all this week saying sale is ending at midnight. Another red flag, sale did not end when they posted. The people in Chandler, Az associated with the site, I also look at them as scammers too. Many reviews stating the poor sewing quality of the clothes and they are coming from China and how it takes so much longer to get product than they state on their website. Consumers, go shop somewhere else.

Still waiting on order. Sure wish I would have read a little more before ordering. EVERYTHING comes from China. So disappointed, her website “our story” makes it appear she has a brick and mortar store where items ship from in 3-5 days. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Don’t put another dime in her pocket!!
