I have been using Bittacy car services twice a day on a five-day week basis for the past one year-plus. They have provided an Outstanding service. Their cars are reliable and arrive on time (helpfully providing a Google map location finder prior to arrival); their drivers are friendly and communicative; their communication system is Excellent (any queries or sudden changes to my travel plans are quickly passed on through a phone call that is picked up within four-five rings, along with a very efficient email response system, including late at night/early morning).
