App too slow when logging in
If I want to enter a trade, before the app opens it takes 7 working days. By the time it logs in, the trade must have left my entry point. It's too slow. The passkey for logging in is not necessary. You can put independent passkey to individual security section e.g deposit, withdrawal, when not logged in for a long time say like 2-3 weeks.

You heavily advertise attractive deposit bonuses to encourage users to deposit funds. However, when it comes time to actually credit those bonuses, there are always excuses and endless reasons why they cannot be paid.
I have followed up multiple times, but instead of honoring your promotion, I keep receiving different explanations and delays. This is not how a trustworthy exchange should treat its users.
If this issue is not resolved, I will transfer my funds to another exchange that values its customers and keeps its promises.
