It is a good way to transfer money and buy bitcoin

Opening an account and ordering a card was very easy. After a few days I received an email to answer some questions. What my income is and how I plan to use my Nuri account. On the fourth day I got an email that my account is temporarily blocked for reasons known only to Solaris bank and I have to write to support. I wrote a few days ago - NO ANSWER!
I have not sent a penny yet - I would be furious if any of my payments or savings were blocked there.
I really advise you to be careful with this bank - for some people it may work ok, but no answer from support for a week is a failure if someone blocks your account for some reason (in my case there was not much of such a reason) then you have a problem, you will regain access for a long time.

I do not recommend - waiting for an answer with a blocked account for a week is a joke (still no one wrote me back)

Update: It is close to 2 weeks no respond from them why they temporarily blocked account. I am closing that account I don't want waste more time. At this respond rate resolving that case would take years this unacceptable.

So far I have only positive experience at this digital bank. There was no termination neither cancellation after the video identification like others shared such stories. I also received my phisical free VISA card quickly and the free outgoing tranfer also worked in 2 days as they described it. I recommend it definitely.

Simply cancelled my and my wife´s accounts with thousands worth of Euros and Cryptocurrencies on them. Absolutely no reactions to our many requests to let us have access to our funds! THIEVES! DIEBE!

I have trouble withdrawing btc from my interest account (the transaction always gives a internal server error). I have sent 3 support requests in the past week and still no response. They have completely disabled be from managing a large amount of crypto.

I opened my Nuri account via the Euro50 promotion. I met all conditions but didn't receive the 50 euros bonus by the end of the announced deadline (28 Feb). Then I contacted their customer support. They told me it was because I sent out funds to another account under my name. So I checked every transaction record and only found receptions of funds from other accounts of my name, which is obviouse otherwise how could I fund my Nuri account? However I didn't find any outgoing transfer to another account under my name and I specially paid attention to this condition during the promotion period. I replied this investigation result back to their support but no longer got any reply at all. Then I relaunched this same issue 4 times via in-App customer support explaining all details above but they never replied back again for 2 weeks. This could suggest that their first reply could be a standardized excuse to filter out customers who don't follow up and let them give up on their own. Then when they see my investigation, they might agree on my point, had no more excuse but didn't want to give the bonus either. So silence became their best solution.

Banks from Germany are a pain in the ass! This was my experience as a Swiss studying in Germany for six years. To pay a bill you had to fill out a slip that you had to purchase beforehand to then bring it at a counter where it was processed by some frustrated fat lady who was insulted by my doctors handwriting. Therefore I didn't expect much when I first set up my account with Nuri knowing that the bank is based in Berlin. I was wrong. And I keep getting surprised by the fast and impressing service that I have received interacting with Nuri. No bank in Switzerland offers similar fee free withdraws at ATMs all around the world and fast support when the card is blocked. To be able to have my savings in Bitcoin and even get interests on it, amazing! In German terms: Nuri is revolutionary.
