Bity is a great tool in order to exchange and work with cryptocurrency

Please do avoid this service; no recommendation at all. Crypto transaction took days even though the bank transfer was complete within a minimum of time. This results in not receiving the original amount of your selected currency due to the large volatility. Moreover customer service did not reply for days (still pending...).

Alex and his Team were very helpful in solving the Quota Issue. With additional Papers and Files the Compliance requirements have been met. Many thanks for the professional service.

Bity has been my go to exchange for BTC to fiat for the last three years, but recently the quality of their service has dropped. It used to be a hassle free service, send btc and fiat would be in my account within 24/48 hours, but on the last 2 transactions there has been errors, errors that I have to chase them up on to look into. Disappointed to have to say this, but time to look for a more professional exchange.

I'm an Advanced user of Bity and I'm really happy about their services. I believe they provide a great product and their support is really kind and professional. I would like to give them 5 stars, and the only reason I don't do it is because there are some glitches in the user experience that should me amended in the future.

The registration was pretty fast and the transaction executed in time. Support responds well, not always as promised on 30 minutes.
UI/UX can be improved, as example profile could linked when clicked on the name, kind of standard at most websites.

Legit quality service offered by Bity. Very professional, from the 1st time I used their services, all went smoothly as intended and if any question or doubt they quickly reply on their chat. adding a transaction fee is a serious problem. why doesn't it happen automatically. it is enough for the fee to be deducted from the amount of the exchange transaction.
